Why should you be unwarned/unbanned? The reason I should unbanned is because the ban is false. I was pulled to the sit and they said I was exploiting by throwing the pickup boxes out of the map, when I asked to see a clip of me supposedly doing this they said they "didn't have one" and F___ said he trusts Troy.IO more then me because troy is a moderator and he is taking his word over mine without any evidence. Who warned/banned you? F___ How long were you warned or banned for? 2 weeks (14 days) In my personal opinion, they said they had no evidence of what I supposedly did, so I don't understand why they ended up banning me. In this sit, it was basically just a he said, she said moment. As for me saying I trust the word of Troy more than you this is true, I would trust the word of someone who has been trusted to be moderator and so far hasn't shown any actions that he isn't to be trusted over the word of someone who has been banned multiple times, demoted multiple times, is currently staff banned for being unprofessional and who plays on the server and advertising himself as being a known minge. There is nothing in the MOTD about not throwing ents around in a way that the game allows you to do. it seems excessive to ban someone for 2 weeks for throwing a box around. There should be some consistency when it comes to bans. Just experienced this with pedo allegations (tsul gets a shorter ban than deserved and other offenses are outright ignored) and the same should apply to exploits. These kinds of shitty situations prove a need for some kind of page or guideline that explains exact ideal ban lengths for offenses. Means that we don't have the problem of players with friends in high places who can get it off easier exactly for that reason. Just thought I'd chip in. That's aside from the fact that this shit is hardly even an exploit and a fault with the map. It's mingy sure but like, TWO WEEKS? No. Also, the 'you've based with tsul' excuse. Tsul has based with everyone, including people who hate his guts, as well as hackers. Just because Tsul bases with hackers doesn't make tsul a hacker, well, maybe not anyways... Same goes for exploits. If this is TECHNICALLY, considered exploiting I would say at least half the ban time, so there's some kind of justice on this server lol. Purposefully throwing entities into an inaccessible area removes any chance of the Owner of said ents to get them back, or even another Player who would raid to get them. In essence its killing the gameplay and in my opinion is without a doubt Minge behaviour. How did he even find the boxes if theyre in an inaccessible spot? or are they accessible which is how he saw them? DO listen to both sides of an admin sit and use logs to your advantage there probably shouldnt be a dynamic where ur automatically assuming guilt of the other guy in the sit because the reporting player is a mod. As for Agro frequently basing with tsul, I'm not sure how frequent he did this, as he knows I dislike tsul, and I actively would raid tsul whenever i was online and he was basing, not once did i see agro on the doors, so maybe its just rare occurrence and i missed it i guess. As for raiding with tsul, he probably did. Giving someone a punishment because their ''friend'' did it before them is quite dumb. Was Agro actively involved in that situation or are you just saying that because you've seen both of them hanging around that Agro knows everything about tsul and should be treated as the same person? Due to the lack of evidence (its not hard to look at a pickup box and screenshot the name associated) I am +1 for a full unban. If evidence is presented showing that it is Agro's boxes and the timing checks out to where only he could do this I am +1 to change the ban length to whatever tsul got as Agro does not have a history of exploiting. It looks as if troy was spectating agro right after a raid which is a little weird to be doing. Just now, bugman said: It isn't on the halloween map, not sure why it's different but I could easily see agro not knowing that If the pickup boxes truly were unable to be grav gunned and a ss is provided to prove that these are agros pickup boxes. +1 for a 3 day ban for exploiting. Tsul got banned for 1 week for doing this with the intention of actually exploiting them outside of the map (putting them through a actually wall not just behind a rock with a invis barrier). To me it looks like whoever's pickup boxes these are thought they could get them back when they wanted them.
