This is just a lie iirc you had your props partly on the tunnel and a large portion of your dupe was hanging of the side of the tunnel.

1/4 or 1/5 of the dupe is hanging off, I wouldn't call that a large portion.

Pretty sure it was more than that because a sit was called about it being a skybase, and there being something in the street i think.

Nah, the only thing that would have been in the street is the ramp up, I can send a screenshot or just show you if you get on, but there is stuff on top of the tunnel so I can't do it right now.

yea send a screenshot 3 months late with a new dupe. (this is a meme before u take it serious as me accusing u of doing this, its just to show how sending a screenshot of the current dupe in no way shows anything of the one 3 months ago).

building on top of the tunnel is a skybase. rubik's new terminology of the rule ''suspended in air'' does not as far as i know mean u can base on top of a tunnel. to build a public base you still need to own all doors of that base, if your base is not in an area where there is any doors you can't build there even if it is for the purposes of a public base unless you're on a job that would allow you to build in that area despite not owning any doors, ie: a hobolord's public megabase, a preacher's skybase etc.

if what terry says is true about a majority of it hanging in the air, it would still fall under breaking the new version of the rule, and if you're saying only 1/4 of it was in the air, thats still a good amount in the air and would also still fall under skybasing, but either way since there is no doors, you not being on preacher means you simply cannot base there, public bases are still 'bases' and still must follow the other basing rules that may apply , such as not being allowed to put foot/body part glitches into your public base, or to have the base be entirely filled with nocollided cubes to make everyone invincible ->  OR to own the doors of the base you're in or to be on the appropriate job to base where you are. A CC cannot just base on top of the tunnel, a preacher however can just base on top of the tunnel, thus allowing them to also public base on top of the tunnel.

Even if by some miracle CCs were allowed to base there as long as it wasnt in the sky and it became an argument of is it a skybase was it a skybase, this is 3 months old and is a he said she said thing, I think leaving the warn is the best case, otherwise i might aswell appeal every warn ive ever gotten and just say ''well i didnt actually do it'' because who is going to keep evidence for every single player's warns for months.


I'm also not entirely sure which warn you're appealing or if you're appealing both, but considering you broke the rule TWICE and received 2 punishments within a day of the last makes me struggle to believe you didn't know it wasn't allowed and that other staff told you it was ok, sure for the first warn maybe it can be argued, but the 2nd a day after? Doesn't really make sense.

-1 Warn is valid and within a day of breaking the same rule, not sure why it took you 3 months to appeal it, if you appealed it when you got it I think appeal would make more sense, but in my opinion after 30 days of having the warn, appealing it to get rid of it just doesnt make sense and would allow people to appeal warns they clearly waited for the staff team to forget about.
