Was basing on top of one tunnels and it was claimed to be a sky-base Why should you be unwarned/unbanned? The rule is, "You may not build a base suspended in the air (sky-base) unless you are the Preacher job." It was not suspended on air as it was on top of the tunnel and I don't see any other rules about not being able to base on top of tunnels. Who warned/banned you? For the second rule it was sitting on top of the tunnel, so it was not suspended, yes it does hang over a little bit but that is not it being suspended in air. For the third rule I don't think the tunnel should be considered a base because you can't base there and for the other part that's not a tunnel it's just solid ground. Sure you do need to be preacher but it's one of those if no one reports it let it go situations. If someone does report it just ask them to change to preacher. However that's just how I would handle it. What you did was still against the rules and unfortunately the warn is legit.
