For any staff who havent been keeping up with the drama with this guy, He started off by clowning himself because he was calling people broke and it came to light that he had made a kickstarter for money. Eventually after all the playful clowning he just gave in and started lolcowing himself and now it led up to him just being hateful and such while several other embarrasing things he does come to light driving him to be more and more hateful as a large number of other players continue to clown him i personally think he should just get an ooc removal because all he does is stir a pot of shit he made and that pot keeps getting hotter and hotter until some of that shit starts to bubble over (just something i could see happening)

i will be +1 for a 1 month ban on the player because of everything he said and the fact he didn't stop. This not something that someone should be saying to anyone on here or anyway, and he has gotten into trouble for PlayerToxicity before

 

Personal attacks on other players should result in a 3-day ban - 1-week ban - 2-week ban depending on continued offenses/previous history.

as the leader of the gang rap was a part of and someone who had played quite a few sessions with him, i can confidently say that no matter how long the ban he gets is, he will return and say some of the same things, he had agreed multiple times to stop, disable ooc, etc. and yet never did so and would continue to cause drama in ooc with consistency, he clearly shows he has no willingness to change or learn. i do believe a longer ban than 2 weeks would be fitting. 

P.S. my gang has already cut ties with him moving forward, but we would not like to see this toxicity in the server in the future

These comments are just wrong. This player has past player toxicity and hasn't seemed to grasp that being toxic will lead to trouble. 

I agree with the sentiment of the comments here, two weeks doesn't feel sufficient, IMO.  If the max we can give is two weeks then it should be two weeks.

+1 Maximum punishment or comm removal. (Honestly, I am with Rivtuu here... I am also leaning towards comm removal. This player has said several vile things, so whatever the maximum punishment is, imo.)

I would like to add to this report, because Rap decided to lay it down really hard on me the other night for simply calling his friend "stupid" and "a hypocrite" for his rule breaking behavior while at the same time, calling out other people for mundane shit.

These pictures aren't in order unfortunately, but it shows the majority of the conversation between myself and Rap (with a few other people chiming in). Context is, I apparently insulted his friend by calling him stupid, braindead, and a hypocrite, to which Rap felt it was on the same moral level as tha and began berating me, dehumanizing me by calling me "a trans", misgendering me, and overall being pretty verbally abusive when I never did anything to attack him, and honestly, I don't think calling his friend stupid meant I deserved this shit. He has done this several times before, and he apology comment was because Rap apologized to me for his behavior previously, but clearly didn't mean a damn thing by it. I've been nothing but kind to him despite his abusive behavior, and accepted his apology despite my apprehension towards anyone who ever used this kind of language towards me.

 

I gave him the benefit of the doubt, and he completely disregarded my forgiving nature and used it against me.  I am nothing short of disgusted with this player, and he seriously needs an attitude adjustment, and a long ban.

After seeing this I am revising my previous statement. I will be +1 for the maximum punishment whether it be 2 week ban or a comm removal, however I am leaning towards the latter. Encouraging another player to kill themselves is unacceptable and this level of toxicity is unwelcome here.

I have footage of most of last night, warlach followed me around acting sexual towards me while I told him multiple times I'm not gay. Eventually I had to mute his voice chat because he was following me around, killing himself when I did etc and just not leaving me alone. After 5 minutes of having him muted, another player chimed in to do the same level of rage baiting and try and hit on me and act gay to me when I told them I'm not gay. Wiinter said comments to me that were on the same level as I said to him and again I have footage of most of the night. I disabled OOC for hours, I muted multiple players that wouldn't stop bothering and rage baiting me, I went and hid on the beach fishing or in the casino as best as I could and they still found me and adverted where I was ingame to let everyone know to come harass me. I try to help people out when they need it and I'm one of the more generous players here, and last night I was just targeted for a group harassing. First it was because I wouldnt freestyle Piklas, then after I shit on him and he wouldn't rap they resorted to hitting on me and ragebaiting. It's very cute seeing the victim mentality of these people who legit WOULD NOT leave me alone for hours. They were so hurt by what I said that they chased me down and hunted me for hours? Yeah, don't think that's how being a victim works. If anything I was the one being targeted and I was the victim.
