The reason/s that were given were Mass RDM/Mass NLR/NITRP (No Intent To Role Play) Why should you be unwarned/unbanned? Well, let me first start off with the Mass RDM reason. As Joey Skylnx (the staff who banned me) will attest, at the time of my ban, the Mayor and the whole PD were going completely crazy writing laws saying "anyone who is breathing/talking/walking is KOS". So of course, when I walk out of spawn I get gunned down like a dog, whatever, I don't really mind. I walk out the other exit and you wouldn't believe it, gunned down again, right away. I have a video of me running out of spawn with someone in front of me, they didn't do anything and also just got gunned down immediately and I knew I was next. It was complete chaos and I suppose Joey saw what happened in that clip and took it as Mass RDM, even though those police officers were the ones shooting at me and others for no reason. As for Mass NLR, I got killed by the police at all 3 exits of spawn and if you look in general chat on the discord, others swore it as well, it was complete chaos and if I got killed at all 3 exits, it's impossible NOT to nlr, so I'm not really sure how that plays into effect. As for the NITRP clause, of course, I have the intent to role-play, I have millions of dollars, a fully loaded custom class, and everything past that as well. I don't even have a single warning on my account, of course, I intend to play the game. Also, on that night I was banned, I was never warned or brought to a sit or anything so it feels unjust to immediately drop a one-week ban on me without warning or anything. Had Joey brought me to a sit and asked me what was going on, you've been killing lots of people, everything would have been sorted out. I just think this was all a big misunderstanding. They killed the guy in front of me who was also walking out of spawn and literally didn't do anything, and they were gonna kill me right after as they had done dozens of times beforehand and were screaming at me. I repeated the part that might "look" like me committing mass RDM, but once you look at the whole picture and how all of those police were banned for Mass RDM too, you will quickly see that it was all just a big misunderstanding. I didn't kill anyone other than the RDMing police that night (which is why I was probably never even brought to a sit as they had not reported me because they were RDMing too) and thus, am asking to be unbanned because I actually genuinely do like the server and as its the summer time, I want to play again. You were banned because you choose to take matters into your own hands, and kept the cycle going. Had you called a sit, it's likely every one of those cops would have caught a Cop Ban for 30m or MRDM ban. After you were banned, several were in fact banned for their actions through out the day. We were all killing each other and never reported each other once, why is that a problem? DO NOT take rule violations into your own hands, someone else breaking the rules doesn't mean you get to and you can be punished too You could have made a sit and had it handled. -1 for unban as you didn't mrdm and none of them hurt you at time time until you attacked them. I do think you should have been brought to a sit first so im sorry that didn't happen but doesn't change what you did. But even if it doesn't change what I did, how can I be banned with a completely clean record and not get warned or brought to a sit once? There seems to be a discrepancy there. As this is a first time offence, the most I would even suggest is a reduction to 3 days, but I am comfortable with Joey's decision.
