I was describing a video in ooc chat.
Then another player said some very racist things in chat.
Terrry let this guy go and warned me because he doesn't actually care about racism, he just hates me and my associates.
His excuse I am sure will be "nobody called a sit on them", typical admin loophole to target players they don't like and let actual abusers go free.
I have seen many players pulled to a sit and banned without anybody reporting them, sorry excuse.

The video clearly shows I was describing a video of coons on a porch, no loop holing, racism, bigotry, or anything of the sort was said by me.
The only person taking things out of context was YOU, taking what I said out of context to make a case against me, because you hate me.
I explained that my context was literally the video playing in theater, they did not care about the video, and only cared about punishing me.

Why should you be unwarned/unbanned?

I was NOT loopholing, I was literally describing a video I was watching, it's all there to see on video.
Player targeting from staff, Terrry just hates me and everyone I know, always has, even when he was not staff he would target me and my friends daily.
This user Terrry should never have been made staff, he is despised by the community and regularly abuses his staff powers for gain of his gang and destruction of those who oppose him.
The application for staff says you have to be liked by the community, which he is not, how much did he pay to get staff?
This player should never have even been made tmod.
Really shows how desperate the server is for new staff members.

Is this a report or a warn appeal? Because half of what you wrote was just "Terry hates me and is biased". If you feel I am breaking the staff guidelines, please go make a forums report.

You were clearly loopholing to be able to say the word "coon" by playing the video in the theater and then repeatedly saying stuff in ooc. -1 for any sort of change in the punishment I gave.

 

Also I didnt ignore the other guy saying racist shit, I simply didnt see it. I wasnt tabbed in at the time of you saying what you said in ooc so I only searched your steam id in logs.

Please be more careful about what you say in OOC.

You could have just said "Raccoons in the theater" instead of "COONS IN THEATER," I think you know better than to say coons as its commonly known as a slur

I did NOT play the video in the theater, I believe sphere played it, they were in the theater when I walked in and it was already playing

I am a hunter and trapper, we use the word COON in real life, nobody says "raccoon"

If you google search "Coon" it says:  A RACCOON

On south park there is a super hero character called "THE COON"

There is also a breed of cat called a coon, but according to you, this cat species should go extinct because any use of the word is racist, even when using the word properely

Nobody uses "coon" as a slur, there is no warning against use of "Coon" in the !rules

In the context I used the word it was entirely harmless and not racist
