No shorter ban should be given, you have been warned for attempted rdm/rdm/ before, you knew what would happen when you used it. And while looking through the forums I saw this labeled as "Rip" if you knew you wanted to be unbanned, why not be civil and name it as "ban appeal" or something decent.

A) title has nothing to do with "being civil"

B) Everyone has been warned for "attempt rdm/rdm/(nice extra / btw)" so youre saying that everyone shouldn't have a chance to be unbanned?

C) I didn't know the wabbajack was going to explode and kill of a group of people seeing as how I didn't shoot it at them but next to them and the wabbajack's effects are also randomized. I cant just select "EXPLOSION". I knew it had a chance of blowing up but now to kill the group.

And not knowing what the wabbajack does is not an excuse, the wabbajack kills someone 80% of the time, which would be RDM anyways. Thats like saying when I shoot someone its not RDM, yes it is, even if they dont die. its attempted RDM. any form of killing people can be considered mass rdm, even if it was an explosion from wabbajack

I shot it next to them hoping a npc or something spawned to scare them, no harm no foul. But it was a explosion which was strangely large. Another thing I don't understand is why they were conducting a sit in the middle of the road.

I didn't use that as a excuse I used it to counter your statement about me knowing the wabbajack would kill them. You 80% is actually wrong. It very rarely kills people. And if you look at the wabbajack's effect which are (Damage, 3 types of npcs, health, suicide or healing someone else) the npcs out way the death affects by a lot. The example you also made is wayyyy off. In no way is that example related to a situation with a wabbajack. When shooting a gun you know its going to damage or kill someone. When shooting a wabbajack you could be trying to heal someone. In my case I was trying to spawn a npc to scare that strangely placed admin sit. When you say any form of killing people can be considered mass rdm is not true. If I were to raid a mega base and kill lets say 5 people, I would not be rdming. Once again, know your facts before commenting.

I do but what does my VIP have to do with it? Paying 5$ for a rank has nothing to do with your knowledge of the rules. Youre a tmod but you don't know that double faded doors aren't allowed and that countering a countering isn't a thing.

you know if you hit someone with it and it turns them into a NPC, it does kill them, and it is RDM. And paying for rank, I earned this rank.

That's not true. It has a chance of turning them into one, it can also spawn it on their head. I never said that you paid for a rank did I? I was making a comparison about how a rank doesn't mean you know rules.
