The player in question Gasai came around once, just chatting and chilling. Then coming back a little bit later too destroy my Boombox, they hadn't traveled far, so i did pull a gun from my Inventory through the C key to pull out a gun to kill them. Player in question than came back, sticking around near spawn entrance taking out an SVT-40 and killing me while i was still fishing. Once i came out i seen them standing there talking about how they had to Assassinate me. Since i was there i sort of just gave them a Minus rep cause i it very well was Revenge RDM. im assuming they didn't know they might've been in the wrong. So after the repping i move away to go back to fishing. Said player Made a bind specifically for me, Walked up to me used the bind to somehow give them clearance to shoot me. Running off after. i had attempted to demote them cause i thought they were on a legacy job, couldn't because they we're on a CC job.
