Ive been through a chargeback ban as well and I believe it was a chargeback of either 35 or 60$. It was no question that i wasnt getting unbanned because they believed i charge backed over 200$ but it was a different person. I paid back what I charged back and I got unbanned. Its really in the hands of rubik or sugar to say if they want to unban you after the chargeback is all, but they mustve updated the guidelines to where you poay it back your back in but the question still remains with them is will it happen again.

I've forwarded this to KDawg since he's the one that processed these transactions. If you want to return you need to reimburse him for the fraud to start with. At that point it's up to him whether or not he wants to unban you.

I am going to close this appeal, as it has been open for near 12 days, with the original poster's last forum login date being Dec. 28th 2023. At any time the player can reach out to the Super Admins on discord to discuss reimbursement if they still desire to do so.
