Moderator Terrry is taking his friends sit against players he dislikes to ensure they get banned.

logs show pretty clearly what happened, if you waited 3-5m before starting to stab him back again that would've gotten you cleared of nlr, but you just straight came back at him, which is indeed NLR

This enough evidence to show you did indeed break a rule. you had come back and hit spectate within 28s after respawning from killing him.
I am sorry that it went down this way and you feel there was bias but the fact of the matter is you broke a rule and the guidelines for breaking NLR a single time is a verbal - warn.

However for the proper punishment for NLR is as follows "Intentional NLR or NLR involving a raid is more serious and can result in either a warn or ban. Use your best judgement on this, mass anything can result in a 7 day ban."

Now it is not clear in here whether or not is was intentional but you say

(Spectate and Terrry are friends on steam and are in discord VC's together a lot.)

In the first few seconds of the video you submitted before Terrry even starts to ask why you broke NLR you request an other mod for "reason of bias", even tho he has shown no bias or even spoke yet in the sit.
this shows me you are the one that is bias. mods are allowed to take sits involving people they have personal ties to if they can keep a clear mind and handle it properly, and in the video you did not let him do his job by constantly asking for another mod, Not to say you are not in the right to ask for another mod the mod that did pull up show have taken over but in the end even if they did stay you would have been punished.
-1 for clear break in NLR.

Please take this time to look at everyone's perspective on the matter including the Victim, mod and bystanders to the rule break itself.
