Again how am i supposed to know that leaving before you ban my STEAMID is worse than breaking NLR..... i cant... be better at your job. you sided with the guy who wasn't even involved. i was asking a completely different person why i couldnt come in. the owner of the tavern. the guy you brought to the sit was a complete random. and being an asshole is not a ban able offense.

At this time during the sit I was not going to ban you. You did not like the way the sit was going and you left. Because you left I banned you for a week. If you would have stayed I was going to give you a warn

Okay, you LTAP’d (left to avoid punishment) which automatically set your ban time to 1 week. Your tone has changed immensely since tsunami gave his response.  The evidence provided by Tsunami shows that you did know you were breaking a rule, but decided to come back regardless. The chat logs during the sit don’t necessarily line up with what you initially said in the appeal, so im going to be -1 on this one. I think its fair that you wait out your ban.

I cant avoid punishment if hes going to ban me. the sit was over. and that is not the reason i was banned. i was banned for MLNR AND NITRP first time for both those occurrences besides the 1 nlr 8months ago....

not LTAP this seems like hes trying to avoid the fact it was a senseless ban. FOR 1 Week BFFR. I get hes a senior mod and has a admin groupchat you guys all talk about this shit but honestly feels like retaliation due to the fact that a higher up mod fucked up... i want someone who has more common sense to look at the facts.

THERE ARE MISSING CHAT LOGS FROM THE SIT I DIDNT USE VOICE CHAT I USED TEXT SO WHY IS THAT NOT IN THERE.

I added all chat logs from the sit from the time I pulled you. I can attach the entire document of logs when I am back at a computer but I promise you nothing was left out.

Still two possible problems with the ban. The above rule says he must be warned to leave a public base, and it seems likely from the way the sit played out that this did not happen, or was not taken into account/explained, so it is possible his first death was RDM anyway.

Also, kill logs aren't shown, so it should be a max 3 day ban if he died less than 4 times (1 initial death + NLR x 2)

I'm +1 for a reduction to 1-3 days (and also a warn for moist should be considered) if evidence doesn't disprove either of the above points.
