Why were you banned or warned?

Warned for player Toxicity.

Why should you be unwarned/unbanned?

I should be unwared since it was a untraind T-mod who didnt understand the concept of evidence | a new player said i called them the nword when i reported them of calling me the nword in which term the untrained T-Mod gave me a warn even though there was no evidence at all about this.

Who warned/banned you?

Cataylyst

How long were you warned or banned for?

Warned for a couple months

This warn was given to you for using the f-slur. I understand that this staff member was new but I see that they did reach out to other mods in staff chat to confirm that this punishment is valid.

Vulgar language, Racism, or inappropriate / sexual comments in OOC or used constantly around other players should result in a warn first, if it continues then a 1hour - 3 day ban depending on continued offenses

Based on the server logs from April 9th, it seems this warn is valid. That being said, it's one of those things where yes, it's against the rules, but do we punish every single person that uses it? No. It all depends on the context. I don't have any logs to share because this seems to have happened in VC but I can confirm that something did happen & that the warn was not issued to the wrong person.
