I sadly haven't recorded this but it went as follows: I was a serial killer just kidnapping people and killing them inside my kidnap base which was right in front of PD, i try kidnapping someone but a cop sees me and blasts me off to avoid that person to be killed by me, everything good there, i return to my kidnap base (making sure that it was not being raided), and i go back at kidnapping people, i end up kidnapping and killing another guy and then, without me noticing, i kidnap and kill the cop that killed me 8 minutes prior to me kidnapping him, it was hard for me to see who was i kidnapping since i was just rushing to the nearest person near my base and kidnapping them, then, this player reports me and i ask in admin chat if someone could take that sit against me (i dont really like taking my own sits), The Rat King brought me to a sit with the reporting player and i pleaded guilty on one count of NLR with the argument of that i did not notice that i got that exact player who killed me earlier, he warns me and we all continue with our day, for no reason i decide to ask SMODS+ wether or not i did commit NLR and Isaac Tells me that he did not consider it to be NLR, i ask for further opinion on multiple staff members just to make sure and a bunch of them tells me that indeed it was not NLR Why should you be unwarned/unbanned? At the moment i thought i have accidentally commited NLR, which is why i did not even put a fight whenever this player reported me, but seeing how i am being told by multiple staff members that it was not NLR might aswell try to appeal it Who warned/banned you? BrokenDown Posted October 23, 2023 Share Posted October 23, 2023 As I said in the photo you gave in your appeal, I think a respectable time for NLR would be 3-5 minutes anything over would be to extreme anything less would also extreme.
