and you saying "you need a break" is saying i feel you should be punished more for what you did and i dont agree with the punishment, your a trail mod dont overstep

First off Tom you aren’t being targeted. You act highly aggressive and toxic in every ban appeal you do. You are most always being toxic in a sit or towards players and staff in general. Your last appeal you did on this showed why you were banned for player toxicity and this one just with how you are acting shows it too. Goat did not overstep anything. He has a right to as a STAFF MEMBER to ask for an extension on the ban with how you are acting and your ban history. I will only ask you this one time. Please refrain from being toxic in this appeal. We are only going by the punishment guidelines set in place. You need to fix the way you talk to people and fix your attitude. We want people to have fun on this server but the way you are acting and how you have been acting is not needed on this server or tbh any server. Do not disrespect my fellow staff members at all.

You have multiple past warns & bans for this same thing. You should know better by now not to be toxic. So I am -1 for unban!

If you're going to throw shade at our staff members at least spell trial mod correctly. Mr Pearl you really need to work on your anger issues and be more respectful towards others if you want a chance at an appeal getting accepted, it's what we talked about in DMs during your previous appeal.
