I was just trying to do my treasure hunting. and i got killed. and yea i said "fuck you dude" in ooc because i asked the man to hold on a second so i could collect my treasure chests and then he could kill me. I just wanted to grind man. It doesnt feel like a 3 day ban to the maximum was needed because I wouldnt have done it again. i just wanted to collect my chests and then I would have been fine with it. He killed you as a bounty hunter and right when he did you typed in OOC "Fuck you dude" then respawned and beelined it back to where you died and immediately killed the victim with no interaction! You immediately started shooting him on sight! The reason that I decided on a 3 day was because just two days ago* you received two warns for RDM, and it seems that warns were not enough of an educational punishment for you. The three day break that I gave you seemed like the perfect response to the situation from my point of view. Here is the evidence from logs of the IRRDM and OOC message, and here is the video evidence! In the video evidence you can see that you also lied in your own appeal which is an insta-deny! There were no treasure chests that you lost as per the video evidence! I am a -1.
