I contacted staff yesterday about this but I think it is best handled with a public report because there might be more players who have suffered from these 2 people abusing their staff rank, I hope the smod team understands my concern.
The reason I am reporting these 2 staff members is because they are abusing their staff rank very blatantly and maliciously to get advantages in rp or to mess with people when they really should not be.

Here is why I am reporting each of them:
FAPGOD: I was raiding with my friends yesterday and while in the end stage of my raid i got in and started killing people FAPGOD decided to randomly bring me, freeze me, and then talk about nothing for a solid 30 seconds before falsely claiming that i had broken NLR when I had in fact not. In total he stalled my raid for about a full minute giving his friends time to replan their defense. If the video is not obvious enough that he is stalling for his friends in the base to regroup and think how to kill me when i exit the sit I would ask why would he only decide to bring me to a sit where he genuinely thought i broke nlr after I had been raiding for nearly 5 minutes already. Only once i got in their base and started killing people he brought me within 5 seconds and started obvoiusly stalling to get an rp advantage. This on it's own is clear abuse of the staff rank and should be a demote, but it doesn't stop there. Later on when terry (ingame name Ember) was raiding them FAPGOD brought terry to admin land and returned him again shortly after, which again is clear abuse of the staff rank (I am not sure if terry has video or log evidence of this happening but I did not personally save evidence of it). "DO NOT use staff tools for your own amusement. This includes /forcerpname for yourself or your friends on the Server or Discord"

Xiers: While this might have less immediate effect on players xiers has abused his !spectate command on me alone twice in under 2 weeks. Once when i was raiding him and killed him he started spectating me and one of his friends who mysteriously started doing a raid takeover after i killed everyone in the base. I spoke with Ironfish and HungWang about this at the time and they brought it to higher staff, and xiers I believe was given a warning/strike/talking to about not abusing spectate (refer to pictures in evidence).
Now yesterday I was raiding Coconut overflow and there was later a log showing that approximately when I am finishing up the raid Xiers says he will spectate me. I would ask what reason would he have to spectate me when I am raiding a different staff member who could have spectated me and brought me to a sit if they genuinely thought there was a rulebreak happening.
"DO NOT use staff tools on players unless you're involved in a sit"

Overall I think these 2 staff members are maliciously abusing their staff powers and should be demoted, no more warnings or talking to.

Again I did not save evidence of him "joke bringing" terry during his raid but maybe someone did save something about that.

Has been spoke to about not using spectate before

 I am already a +1 for punishment, that is still being decided in a vote, which Isaac had mentioned. Sorry that you've been dealing with this, this behavior will NOT continue from here on out.

So again, I would like to apologize for our staff members' behavior. I will be making an announcement later today letting all staff know when it’s acceptable to use staff commands on players. No staff member should be spectating players for no reason. The only time we are allowed to use our commands is for sit purposes only. 
 

 

Regarding Fapgod, I have seen the evidence you provided. How he tped you and didn't care to explain why, and he was also making unprofessional comments twords you. This is not the type of behavior we want and will not tolerate here. Fapgod will be demoted back to tmod + retraining
. 

For xiers I spoke to overflow.. it looks like they were in a vc ,f was also in vc. F made a comment about how your model wasn’t showing up and said to spectate you. Ig xiers forgot F wasn’t staff but he used the spectate for staff purposes.
