I will have to agree with what other staff have already posted and +1 as well. Agro you were staff you should know better not to mention he asked many times for you to leave him alone and you chose not to. I know he could have warned you to leave him alone but based on the evidence provided no one was able to take his sit to let him know he had that option. I have had nothing but issues with you Agro since you left the staff team I have seen you in sit after sit for stuff you should 100% know better. In regards to "I did stop after the request of a staff member." It should not have gotten to that point you were banking and abusing the fact the player did not know about the warn system so you could keep harassing a player.

yeah agro your a cool guy but you troll to much knowing all to well that it could get you in trouble but you keep pushing and pushing then when someone reports or gets upset then your quick to apologize , in my opinion you need a break from the server and a 1 or 3 day ban is not enough for you to learn to stop being toxic, im with shit ass on a 2 week or more ban, hopefully you come back and be a part of the community in a good way man cause i hate to see you start getting month bans and a perm ban if you keep the toxic shit up! +1 for punishment and maybe a ban from discord as well just to get a full break from everything and come back a brand new agro!

Agro I'm not sure what's happened but your behavior on the server has slowly been spiraling out of control since you became mod. I've been seeing cases by staff and community alike of you acting similar towards them while they're just trying to enjoy themselves ingame. While I appreciate your apology to Wagon in this report It's too late now man and you're starting to become a nuisance on the server, many people are avoiding you in game or else you start acting like this towards them. Some staff are even avoiding you sits now because you spam them to try get their attention because they're trying to stay away from you. 

 

I'm +1 for a punishment but not just for the actions in game but also because I think you need a break from the server. I mean this with no ill will against you or just to finally get rid of you but I think you need a complete break from this server and the community as a whole, you've slowly gotten worse and worse over the span of a few months it makes me sad. I remember back in the day before you started acting like this, while you were still mingey I can forgive this to the fact of you being young, but now as you've grown up with this server and gmod as a whole I personally think it's starting to effect you too much and a break from the game, not just this community, will help you Agro.

 

I want the old impersonating Agro back, not what you've become recently.

Agro You engage in playful banter quite often, which can be entertaining. However, it's important to remember that some players might find it excessive at times. Finding the right balance is key, as there's an appropriate time and place for all types of interactions.

First of all you got his SteamID wrong. That's Yahya. Of course, link for the lazy, and the right SteamID is STEAM_0:0:116680851. As far as this report goes, this is textbook player targeting and harassment. There is zero indication of you going along with or enjoying this, and frankly to impy such a thing is just a terrible cop-out to what has been a repeated problem for Agro. There is not much else to say about this report, besides the fact that I'm on your side here Wagon, but there's a lot of things I have to say about Agro's history.

 

Agro has had multiple reports for player toxicity and player targeting/harassment made on him recently. Multiple staff members have been reached out to, to the point where we discussed it and decided that the best course of action was to take it to the forums where it can all be compiled. Raw links will be provided at the bottom of this post.

 

Explanation

Before I begin with any of the other reports, I want to explain why they were compiled rather than act upon, because at first glance this looks kind of targeted and could even be painted as favoritism. I want to make a clear statement that this is neither of those things, and we had our reasoning to compile everything. This started with a string of people Agro harassed. He very quickly developed a history for himself of harassment. This ended up tying into the first thing I will be talking about, which is JosieJ's report on Agro. Given the history Agro has, and per the reporting user's request, this was kept as a private ordeal and was forwarded over to the SMod team, who discussed it in their own private Discord chat. Not too long after, the other two reports came in, which I sent up as well. They then looped me into the conversation, and suggested I have a forums post made where everything can be compiled. I was actually in the process of writing one on behalf of one of the reporting players. I have included his report, as well as everything else I have seen/received, below.

 

Report 1

This was about a week ago. As far as what I have goes, for starters, you were reported by JosieJ for player targeting, job abuse, and toxicity. I was asked specifically to discuss punishment regarding these clips with staff, but not a lot came of it considering all three parties were in the wrong here, so she was advised to either drop it or take it to the forums. This is now relevant, however, as it shows a pattern. JosieJ has been unreachable regarding proceeding on this issue, so I am just going to post them on her behalf. To summarize what happened here, Agro and Whipe Nae Nae continuously followed JosieJ around cuffing her, kidnapping her, caging her, stunning her, and much more. I do not have the full hour worth of footage but I have not only seen it, but also I witnessed parts of this go down in-game.

 

Clip 1: JosieJ is seen placing trans flags around the map (this has already been acknowledged by her as against the server rules, and she is being punished for it). Agro and Whip Nae Nae see this and begin placing American flag dupes over her dupe. There is no proof of this being their dupe in the video, however you can see later in the third clip that this is Agro's dupe. This, of course, doesn't really matter as much, it just shows that they're both prop minging and blocking the tunnel.

• 1:30 the attempts at kidnapping start. Agro goes after JosieJ and Whip Nae Nae quickly follows. This, again, is no big deal, but later you will see how this ties into his player targeting.
• 2:09, Agro fires a shot at JosieJ for seemingly no reason.
• 2:30, Whip Nae Nae says "nah let me be a serial killer real quick," implying he's going to switch to another job that makes it easier to catch Josie. He does not switch to a serial killer, but instead switches to a cop cc, seen later.
• 2:45, Agro is seen placing a base dupe to try to trap Josie in props. This is the first of many instances of this. 
• 2:55, Whip Nae Nae finally arrives on his cop cc and cuffs Josie, clearly with no intention to actually arrest her, but rather to help Agro kidnap. He states that she is "under arrest" for shooting at a cop, something she did not do until after Whip Nae Nae tried arresting her. Whip Nae Nae never actually wants her, just keeps her in the cuffs, and eventually Agro kidnaps her and drags her in, his friend following.

Clip 2: This begins immediately after clip 1, and honestly more shows JosieJ exploiting. She is also being punished for this.

• 0:10 JosieJ uses the !unstuck command to get herself out of the cell. While this is somewhat understandable as she is only in there because of others' job abuse, it is still exploiting.
• 0:50 Whip Nae Nae again cuffs JosieJ, but this time rather than go with the Kidnapping, Agro just spawns his cage dupe over her cuffed player. Whip Nae Nae also says "please stop resisting us," confirming (if not already obvious) that they are working together.

Clip 3: JosieJ is reported, assumedly for the exploiting. She defends herself by saying "he wasn't gonna let me out no matter what. he wasn't even roleplaying." Agro demands an apology, McLoven backs him up, and JosieJ refuses. The rest of the sit (the RDM) seems a little more lighthearted, but things continue after the fact from both parties.

• 1:10 the sit (abruptly) ends and JosieJ goes back to placing trans flags. 
• 2:10, everyone is brought back into the sit so McLoven can close it and have everyone acknowledge the outcome. Both parties handle it poorly, telling McLoven to shut up and killbinding.
• 3:00 everyone has been returned. Whip Nae Nae says the f slur multiple times to JosieJ "No more f**, no more f******! Oh shit there are still more f******. He then cuffs her and uncuffs her.
• 3:20 Agro and another user are seen blocking off the flags. Again, no big deal, they weren't allowed to begin with, however this is left up to staff, which were online. This is more just testament to his continued prop minging.
• 3:35 Whip Nae Nae adds the law "ANY PROP OUTSIDE BUILDINGS IS AOS." He then asks her to remove the flags, which she then does.

Clip 4: (epilepsy warning for the next two clips, though I'm not sure why you'd play gmod if you had epilepsy) Most of this video is JosieJ setting up her mic, but she starts with video in spawn, and ends up getting pushed out just so they can harass her more without spawn protection.

• 1:10 you can hear her being slapped by a clown bike horn SWEP.
• 1:25 you can hear she is now being stunned by a stun gun, confirming that she was pushed out of spawn. This cannot be proven to be Agro, but at this point it's obvious, especially now that this report shows him also minging with the bike horn.
• 2:15 they both begin hitting her with stun batons.
• 2:35 we get video back briefly, you can see what's happening and who's doing it. It's Whip and Agro again. This stun baton abuse persists throughout the entire rest of video, and extends into the next one.

Clip 5: This starts with just more stunning from the previous video.

• 1:00 They finally have enough and Whip says "just leave him here." Agro (for whatever reason) puts a prop above her and they both walk away, leaving her cuffed.
• 1:40 Jaybento shows up to help, Whip warns him not to, Jaybento leaves. The rest of the video is spent with Whip taunting JosieJ as she remains in cuffs.

Not Shown: Agro and Whip continue this behavior for about an hour. They kidnap and cage her multiple times throughout and end up over in one of the suburb apartments (2 story building). At this point I show up to complete a bounty on Whip and am able to confirm that they still had JosieJ, just in a different location. The timezone she's in, the time shown in clip 4, and the time I saw this happen firsthand all match up. This went on for a long time. After all of this happened, they made tickets regarding the trans flags. I pulled JosieJ, informed her that they were not allowed and that she was to take them down. It was at this point that she agreed to, but began telling me about the events that had transpired within the last hour. JosieJ has more clips, including an entire unedited one hour video, I am just waiting on her to upload it.

 

The other two reports aren't as long, I promise.

 

Report 2

Agro was reported for player toxicity two days ago. He not only said the hard r to someone, but also told another user to kill themselves in OOC. Though they did not properly exploit, I saw (and showed multiple other staff via screenshare) logs of Agro saying the hard r in normal chat, and telling Follower of Christ to kill himself in OOC. According to @your pocket hoovy (the reporting user), the hard r was said in a legitimate capacity to another user, and the incident where he told Follower of Christ to kill themselves in OOC was in response to him getting killed as mayor by Follower of Christ. I am waiting on clips regarding this to confirm intention/context, but myself and multiple other staff members can confirm that this did, in-fact happen.

 

Report 3

Agro was reported yesterday as well for player toxicity. Simply put, he changed his rpname to "F**roBot." Not much more to this. "[13:41:13] Player FagroBot (sarms goblin) changed name from FagroBot to Agro"

 

General History

Agro has been known to harass several different players in the past. This has led to his warn history being incredibly long and filled with FTC and Toxicity. Most of the time what has happened has been Agro will have something not go his way, or be interacted with by someone whom he doesn't like, and he will turn it into an advert bind. For over a month, he has had a bind of Etho PMing him about him potentially breaking a rule. It wasn't a huge deal at first but he began randomly adverting it every five or ten minutes, to the point where it kind of became unbearable for everybody else. He proceeded to do the same thing with people like Green, Hex, and Pack. He has encouraged me to help steal the base in lower sewers multiple times. Not for ents, but to egg on this weird feud he had with Etho and Bruhther that started with him initially taking that area over. I declined every single time, as I don't want to be caught up in some fight if it's going to be personal. People raid each other and talk shit for fun, Agro crossed the line of harassment a while ago and I made sure he was aware of that. He did the same thing with Hex. When hex initially pissed him off, he began to steal the crate on the beach Hex would always base in, make advert binds to harass them in chat, and overall pester and complain about Hex every chance he got. For example, the other day we were playing Gartic phone in Discord (think draw something but wayyy worse). Agro would consistently pump out prompts like "Hex crying and complaining about every little thing that Agro does" among other Hex-related things. I don't have proof of this, and even if I did, it doesn't matter, it's just not against the rules. It's just further testament to the way Agro constantly harasses players on this server.

 

Personal History

Agro and I have had similar personal dealings as well. While I was never harassed out of malice, at least as far as I am aware, I have been harassed by Agro for over a month now. This all started with the aforementioned base-stealing and bind-making regarding Etho. He had constantly encouraged me to get in the middle of it, and I constantly told him that I straight up didn't want to. I told him straight up that I didn't want to be in the middle of his drama with Etho, as it seemed much more personal on his part, and that I'd likely associate myself with him much less if he kept it up. He acknowledged this and proceeded to keep it up. I held up my end of that by not basing with him or really hanging around him much. He then went off on tangents about how I must think he's annoying, and kept trying to do things like trash-talk himself in anon and (back when he was staff and had chat logs) monitor those logs to see if I would say anything to fight it, agree with it, or overall interact with it, be it in anon, OOC, or general chat. I immediately saw through this dumb game, and decided to throw up an anon message just to confirm my suspicions. Sure enough, he quickly PMed me, confirming my suspicions that he was watching logs to see who said what. This went on for a while, and went as far as Agro creating an alt account just to trash-talk himself in-game and see how I would react, almost as a test for me. I saw right through this as well and found it incredibly weird, and at this point I was very uncomfortable with him. I told him he had to leave me alone and that I wasn't having it anymore, and I blocked him in chat. When he realized I was ignoring him and had blocked him, he began making false sits about me so that other staff could bring us into an area where I would have to hear him out. I began berating other staff members for not checking logs before pulling me every time this happened, and harshly letting them know that they were not to mismanage their power and entertain this. I felt bad, but it got the message across just fine. The sits slowed down. Unfortunately for me, however, he began following me around in game. Sometimes he would camp outside my base, sometimes he would spam his physgun at me, and very often he would physically block my path with his player and do the wave emote at me. He still does that, and sometimes I will catch him waiting in spawn for me, where he will block the spawn tunnel and desperately try to get my attention. I have already made myself clear at this point, I want him to leave me alone, but not once in the past month and a half when we are both online has he done that. He has also spam invited me to trades, RDMed me, spam invited me to parties, had other users PM me on his behalf, and a whole host of other things. This guy does not know when to quit, with me, or with anyone else.

 

Closing Remarks

Agro has had an incredibly troubling and deep history of harassing people. As many others have put it so far, a lot has changed about him since he got promoted to Moderator, and it's all been for the worse. I, and many other people, have wanted nothing more than to be left alone by Agro.

Thank you to everyone who took the time to write their vote on this report. We as a staff team have taken time to discuss this report along with all the other occurrences, we have had with Agro since their time of leaving the staff team. To remain fully transparent with the TitRP community we held a vote to decide on the best fit punishment for Agro. We did not make a hasty decision and gave time for all staff to put their vote and opinion on the length of punishment and their reason behind it. With all that being said, we have accepted your report and Agro will be punished with a 2-month ban to give him time away from TitsRP to hopefully reset and come back better than ever!
