If I am correct then yes you actually can own all of the doors to this base. In which case yes you'd be in the right to killing them in what is technically your base. +1

• The owner of the MOST doors in a base is the owner, not the owner of the front door.

This is quoted from the rules. If he owned the most doors in that building right next to spawn then it is his base. Dudes whole intent was to get people out of his base. Its not who owns 50% or who is on the front door but it is who owns the most.  If he owned 5 doors in the building and the other two didn't own as much or more then it is not their base if he doesn't say it is as the building belongs to him. This was made for education to any staff member whos not aware of this or anyone else reading this that is not aware since it seems some aren't. IF YOU MUST HIDE THIS THEN I DO UNDERSTAND BUT THIS REPLY IS FOR EDUCATING ANYONE NOT AWARE OF THE RULE.

You owned the majority of the doors, you own the rights to the base. You didn't want those people in your base, you killed them. It's simple and it's allowed.
