Wasn't intentional I didn't get on to MRDM wasn't try to cause problem's, was on the server for about 5 hours before this happened, never been warned or banned before, my friend Urban was getting arrested for "JWALKING" so I came to help him out I killed both the cops one person got caught in the cross fire, but because Urban wasn't in the party I was banned. He was in my party before not sure why he wasn't anymore but it wasn't intentional so I don't know why I get banned for a whole week. I killed two cops arresting my friend and one person gets caught in the cross-fire so I get banned for a week. I was playing with urban the past 5 hours prior you can check logs, we raided together we kidnapped people together, don't know why I get banned for an entire week just because he wasn't in my party anymore. Check logs of me inviting like three times hours before. Who warned/banned you? AgroBot How long were you warned or banned for? Guest Posted June 18, 2023 Share Posted June 18, 2023 While i do believe the ban is valid, you have a (practically) clean record, but the thing is, if you did a party with the players that you wanted to protect earlier AFTER you have killed those guys it kinda sounds to me like you were aware that you fucked up, if you didnt knew about parties and stuff i would've voted to give you some slack but sadly i'm going to give a -1 to this Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

FailRPx2|Assiting friend without being in a party|Not using party assist bind With that said the most this should have been would have been a 3 day ban. I have personally gone through the logs regarding this situation, and what it looks like is this; You killed two of the cops attempting to arrest your friend, in the process of doing so you also accidently killed two bystanders. I can easily see that this was most likely a case of crossfire considering all of your four kills happened within three seconds. After you killed those four people you checked your party to make sure they were valid kills, upon looking you saw that your friend was no longer in the party somehow and invited him 30 seconds after the kills. I see that you had the best intentions in mind when it came to this scenario, however, one thing agro is correct about is the fact you did not in any way advertise that you were performing a "party assist". scrimmmmmm Posted June 18, 2023 Author Share Posted June 18, 2023 Thank you Ironfish, I get it in the end it was RDM, right, but my intention wasn't getting on the server and just ruining others experience, I came onto play and have some fun, I had played the server all day yesterday, and a few hours today, and im appealing the ban as well because I want to play on the server, didn't get on to be a minge or "MRDM".
