Okay so, in my eyes this is a "convoluted" misunderstanding, and i would like to explain myself.

I was banned for a week for player toxicity, regarding using the "P" word in the in game global chat twice in two days. This obviously looks bad for me and like im running around making false accusations on people, and if i have come across that way i apologize, and id like to explain both instances clearly.

Instance number 1: I was having a back and forth with a player, and the topic of conversation of people with animal fetishes came up amongst me the player and some others in chat, and i tried to make the joke, "whats the age of consent for an animal", and while doing that used the "P" word. i didnt mean to make an accusation of p****philia but i can see how i implicated it and i apologize to the player i was speaking to in that moment if i came across that way, its never my intent to defame someones life over darkrp, its never that serious. so for that instance i do apologize to the player and for being ignorant of the use of the word.

Instance number 2: Now let ,me preface this one by saying i was trying to roleplay and messed up. The context was that the mayor, i cannot remember theyre name, they are staff (slyphxn or something like that) had been disrespectful to me as the mafia boss, and denied my demands, so i thought id do a little roleplay and try to tear down the public opinion of the mayor by doing the classic "he likes kids!" thing they do in politics to ruin the publics trust in the gov official. THIS WAS ALL IN RP, i was NEVER EVER trying to implicate that the person who was roleplaying as mayor was so heinous, i genuinely just roleplayed too hard and was ignorant to the fact that it bothered the mayor and we actually did discuss it and he said he understood i was roleplaying and to please dont do it again, i am totally understanding of that, and of course now that i understand the severity of the rules around this situation i wont even bring up the topic in any context.

i do apologize and i dont mean to feign ignorance but i genuinely didnt realize i was fucking up on that second go, the first one i was through and through being toxic, that is fair.i shouldve just not even engaged.

So again i apologize for any stress or genuine offense i caused anyone, i like this server a lot and its the most fun ive had on garrys mod in like 6 years and really dont wanna have to get booted for a week, but if you feel it needed to use me as an example regarding this id understand too, i dont think im above any authority, i just wish i couldve talked to the person giving the ban order before they made the choice.

i really hope you consider appealing my ban, if you do ill be very vigilant about what i say to make sure i dont step on toes or cross boundaries.

This is your second offense for the reason you were banned. You know better than to make jokes regarding a vile topic such as what you did, and you were spoken to about it 2 days prior to this ban. The staff member that banned you could have also banned you for two weeks instead of one week. Take this time off to relax and familiarize yourself with our rules.
