I was told that I broke a rule concerning the subject "Kill Baiting" which is something I haven't heard of before and it is not mentioned in the rules, I was told to "check up on the rules" by terryy which doesn't help when it isn't listed on there, I understand that some rules are unlisted and obvious but something like "Kill Baiting" should be listed on the rules if it is a rule that is enforced and warnable, I've had a bad experience with terryy as all the sits I've had with him have ended in a warning and they felt one-sided, I have nothing wrong with terryy and nothing against him I just wish for this warn to be removed.

Hi so you were going to kidnap chesmond and as soon as you hit him with your kidnap swep you pulled out your shotgun and waited for him to shoot, and as soon as he shot you shot back. You have a past history with this kinda stuff, you should know better than to do this. In this sit Isaac was also there and I feel like he can say that this sit was not one sided at all. -1

I don't think that you watched the video that was provided since it clearly shows chesmond pulling out a weapon and shooting and me shooting back, but if this is considered "Kill Baiting" I respect your opinion

 Green helped me out with this, but go at 25 speed you can see they pull their guns out almost at the same time, jungle just was ahead by very little.  Looking at this clip that was provided, I don't see this being kill bating.  
 

Me and Jungle had a little talk, and he made some good points. We really don't have anything in motd regarding this topic, so maybe we should add something in the motd regarding these issues so staff can have something to show the players.

i just dont think the warn should be removed. I understand that the rule wasnt in the motd, but kill baiting is apart of loopholing which is why it should stay. He has been told off for this same thing in the past. He should know this isnt allowed.

see this is where I think you're being biased, you are saying I have been told off in the "past", when you say past you mean 3 YEARS ago? we've talked about this and I've told you before, that using something from over 3 years ago against me to justify a warn is outright stupid, just because I played 3 years ago doesn't mean I remember all the rules neither does it mean that I am the same person, if you are suggesting that after 3 years I'd remember an unwritten rule then I'd have to argue that you're clearly biased in your judgement.

There is not a rule here for this sort of thing. If anything it's mingey at worst. Kill baiting is like creating a sign that says "public base...not" then killing whoever comes in.

 

It's nothing even in my opinion to note over as if he did kidnap him then boom he got a kidnap, wouldn't have had to kill him like he did.

I am inclined to agree with Zucc and Isaac. This doesn’t really seem to be (at least what I would consider) ‘kill baiting’. I think a verbal would better suit this situation as there’s nothing concrete to point to in the MOTD.

Unless theres proof that this was repeated (and being a harassment punishment rather than killbaiting) i dont believe this is even remotely punishable if done only once to someone, killbaiting is nowhere in the rules and while its kinda mingy, its not a rule, but i wouldnt do this to one person multiple times because i would see it as harassment or targetting

Based on the video provided it's clear that there was an attempt at a kidnapping that failed then a gun was pulled, Jungle just responded to a gun being pulled on him by pulling another gun and the guy recording just wasn't good enough and died. There's no "kill baiting" that happened or and rule break of any kind and even if there is "kill baiting isn't a rule and would fall under RDM or Failrp. I don't see why this should be a warn of any kind.
