Last night, I was chilling with April and Police Brutality Unit in their base. I wanted to know if the lads had a discord. Police Brutality Unit, told me April has one, and I'd get an invite for 100mil DarkRP cash. Alternatively, Police Brutality Unit offered that I could "rizz up ashley" for April's approval. After about 30 mins of reciting generic pickup lines from the internet they tell me she's a minor. From the get go, this was satirical, and around this time I was pulled into a sit and warned by Hobo Dad about the situation that other players are becoming uncomfortable. When returned from there I stopped the whole scheme and April tells me there is no real discord server. I asked Police Brutality Unit why he had me go through this task and said it was for "entertainment." At that point I refrained from the whole situation of "getting my ticket into the secret cord" and apologized to Ashley for the whole joke, she said "balls" so I'd assume the joke of a situation has ended. I chilled for a bit in April's base talking to other players for another 20 mins or so and then logged off for the night at around 2am. Next day I wake up with a perm ban. This is my whole perspective and I do not mind expanding on what I've said and I'd appreciate the witnesses April and Police Brutality Unit to at least attest to my case since they were there present the whole time? 

 

Here's a 1 min snippet from last night, AMD's native recorder's instant capture buffered like shit, but primarily the beginning and ending bits of the video are intact. 
The lines that lag out out are:

and
"even shit gets jealous by how brown your teeth get"

Im gonna tell you this straight if coconut did not already discuss with you. Your side of the story has already been received. Hobo dad had a recording of his conversation with you and you continued to justify why your actions of "rizzing up someone" even after they told you they are underaged are justified because "u want that invite to the discord." You know what you said, Hobo dad knows what you said, Smods + admins know what you said. You do not need to argue or try and leave out anything in your appeal. 

 

If you did apologize to Ashley, she never mentioned it,(not that it changes anything) but I doubt it as you were very unapologetic in your sit with Hobodad.

The "line" was verbal irony. Hence the exclamation point to emphasize the "what the hell did he just say?" of the line. I apologize for it rubbing off in the wrong way, it was a sus joke. I didn't mean for it to be taken this seriously. I admit it's immature humour. I doubt the ban is getting reversed at this point so i'll leave of with, the server was enjoyable to play on, thanks.

I'd also like to state that her "friends" whom I'm assuming were April and Police Brutality Unit since they were basing with her, incited the whole idea in the first place. I got baited into doing this. In addition,  to humor the situation after realizing all this, I said "well if she's 13 then I'm 13!" as a joke to contrast the situation. Irony on irony. Them telling me to rizz up their friend, and then they tell me half an hour later she's underaged. come on.

Can you address the reason why when Hobo dad asked you to stop, you did not stop but kept insisting you were "ready to sacrifice whatever it takes, including your dignity" to keep rizzing her even after she mentioned she claimed to be underaged? You did not say , Oh Sorry hobodad, the joke went too far, Ill stop now. No, you tried to continue to justify what u did was Okay. You literally got tp'd into sitland to be talked with by an smod. Does that not make any warning bells ring in your head?

It was 2am. I was baffled that the situation escalated to this point when in retrospect I was tryna get into a discord server. Not sure how many times saying "I  was being satirical" is gonna work but I was humouring hobo dad. Not literally acting upon causing a larger issue. If he observed me after the sit he'd see I apologized to ashley and stopped doing anything else pertaining to the "situation" with her. I apologize for not being dead serious in the admin sit. The lads who told me to do it were being entertained, no harm was intended.
