He had a fail base after having 5 different sits dealt with about it and RRDM'd me when I killed him for loitering out front of my base. Ascending was taking forever to deal with it and kept sending me back over and over mid sit so I was not able to see anything which was happening in the sit even though he could EASILY gag or mute people. There was no reason to not have me in the sit so I could see and verify it was properly dealt with. Additionally, the warn he gave for the instance was an NLR warn instead of NLR/RRDM (so it will be easily dismissed as not rdm in the future for any instances of rdm from heaven) and thus was improper. It seems to have been removed since it was given. I asked him if I should post this report on the forums since he was "waiting for the bigger boys" to deal with it instead of him. Heaven was told to leave me alone in the meantime and for me to leave him alone but his group mate is still shit talking and giving me - reps.

NLR/RRDM is meh they're not the same thing. This is just RRDM.

With the evidence presented It's pretty clear that he did indeed RRDM. He will be punished.
