Why should you be unwarned/unbanned? BECAUSE I DIDNT BREAK ANY RULES! I CALLED THE SIT FOR GETTING RDM THEN I GET BANNED BECAUSE THE GUY WHO RDM ME SAID I CALLED HIM A PEDOPHILE SO THE WHOE SIT CHANGED JUST LIKE THAT THE ADMIN REFUSED TO ACCEPT MY PROOF AND I HAVE THE WHOLE THING RECORDED!!! i also never got just a warning for it. he warned me sent me away pulled me back and said i was being banned for 7 days Who warned/banned you? Dreadmore How long were you warned or banned for? 7days /1week i have recording of the whole incendint and proof that it isnt and was not in the rules during the time of my ban that it was a bannable offensive. Also arrested me and when I paid my fine RDM'd me right afterward. Then when he came back from the sit he complained to me that he shouldn't get in trouble for calling people whatever he want's to. What happened was as following - The server was peak 90 players with one staff member online (Dreadmore), there were an absolute metric fuck ton of RDMers going around; and Dap and I were sitting above tunnel killing whoever was rdming folk, and people who were killing us. You happened to be one of the people that I mistook for an RDMer and I killed you. Already admitted that it was my bad afterwards. You then came back, handcuffed Dap & I, fined us, then afterwards, you killed us. Afterwards, you went up to us and started harassing us, and then you proceeded to call me a pedophile for what I said above. You doubled down on this afterwards as you called me a pedophile AGAIN within the sit. I personally believe you should be perma'd, but that's just me. It is a valid punishment in accordance to the punishment guidelines. -1 from me for a reduction or removal of the ban. Pedophile accusations (First offense) warn - 1 week ban depending on situation (second offense) 2 week ban no chance of appeal (third offense) 6months too perma ban depending on situation Side note, he could have actually given you a two week so you are pretty lucky on it only being a week. I took the sit and that's when he informed me you called him a pedofile. You asked me if that wasn't allowed and I told you that it was not allowed and was an offense that could result in you being banned. You then proceeded to call him a pedofile in front of me and you were warned. After this I recieved the video of you calling Gilgamesh a Pedofile and I brought you back and while explaining what your punishment would be you then again proceeded to argue with me and call Gilgamesh a Pedofile despite my clear and concise warnings not to. FaptasticMemes Posted January 12, 2023 Author Share Posted January 12, 2023 I was warned same day 5 minutes prior for that and didnt even have contact with him again between that five minutes so how could i have done it again as he was sitting in a sit the whole time? and once again i have video proof of me scroll through the rules and it not being in there as a rule. i have video proof of the whole situation and not a single person ask for it? your guys time logs must be busted if you think i was warned previously for that. i think this server is just full of admins who truly dont care for the rules of the server as ive made so many rdm reports and just get them claimed and no sit i have tons of proof of that. everytime i play i record and never get asked for my POV from any admin even if i let them know. they dont care to spend the time to actually properly inforce rules and shouldnt be admin if you can't play your role as one. dont unban for me for a rule you dont have i dont care. obviously this server is full of people who dont care to RP as im constantly RDM in this server and only 30% of the time it gets dealt with.
