All people need to do is bind a key to open it. This could be quite useful for people with lots and lots of different binds for different advertisements, raid messages, etc. Once you have the bind for the radial menu down, adding buttons to it is incredibly easy. I can test it out later and see if it's got any major conflicts. I think having some sort of menu like this would be quite helpful though. It'd reduce the amount of binds people need and all.
