hud can still be moved over inv

Description:

the hud can still be moved even if u have ur inventory open, through your inventory, meaning if u have it anywhere near the center then u will keep dragging it away, my solution if removing the drag thing when inv is open is too difficult or sum is to add a way to lock your HUD so that you cant drag it around at all until its unlocked (which i think players would find useful if there are more hud related things that can be moved like party member list)

How to reproduce:

put hud (hp, armor, profile picture, money hud) around the center of your screen (i had it on bottom middle) and open ur inventory and try to access a slot that is in that area, you will access the inventory slot at first but if u try and drag or move the item in your inventory that overlaps the hud it will move your hud around instead
