Jackpots are dead and you can revive them!

The current jackpot system allows any player with a large sum of money to snipe a jackpot by throwing all of their money in, and I've barely seen jackpot be used besides the couple days after it came out. (it died)

A way to revive it, which I've seen on various gambling sites and other games that have a gambling feature, is to add multiple tiers of jackpots with various price ranges that players can choose to join. This would fix John123 logging onto the server and seeing a jackpot, throwing his 30k in and losing it to a person that put in 100 million dollars 

Example:
Tier 1 Jackpot: $1 - $100,000
Tier 2 Jackpot: $100,000 - $1,000,000
Tier 3 Jackpot: $1,000,000 - $10,000,000
Tier 4 Jackpot: No Limit, No Price Range (High Roller Jackpot)

I think at the very least, setting a cap for jackpots at something like 100k per user could easily revive the jackpot system until we can integrate multiple tiers. I will forward this to sugar for his opinion.
