Why were you banned or warned?

I think initial ban was Revenge RDM and then I logged in today to see how much longer it was and it was extended for toxicity

Why should you be unwarned/unbanned?

Because it was really a trivial matter. I had just set up base as a farmer for no longer than 10 minutes and Bo Jack came to raid me and ended up killing me. I didn't know at the time that you didn't have to advert raid and I kept asking him if thats allowed in voice chat but he didn't respond, so I @'d staff and asked too can't remember if I got an answer but bo jack told me at the window of my house that he was allowed to raid without advert. While I was talking to Bo Jack he said the raid was over and from my knowledge this random guy shot and killed me for no reason while I was talking to Bo Jack. I came back and killed him (the revenge rdm) and he ended up calling a sit. I really didn't think it was a big deal but he decided to make it one. He claimed that he was "raiding" me but he never set foot inside my base. I was already ticked off at the needless sit but the admin was typing out the rules which I already knew I broke and I said I don't care so he said instead of a warn he was going to ban me. So I was banned for 24 hours and I was ok with it but I got on today to see a 4 day extended ban. I knew what I did wrong but I believe whoever banned me did too much. Btw I only have 2 warns and they were from the same day ( I've only been playing a little over a week. )

I don't know, slob extended the ban though.

Ok so from looking at ban history it doesn't look like the reason you were banned was for anything involving RDM (if it was they failed to put that)

The ban reason is just for "toxicity."

Comrade Pookie was the one who originally banned you & Slob extended it.

I'll forward this appeal to Pookie on discord so he can reply on here why he banned you.

I'm not gonna +1/-1 this appeal until Comrade Pookie comments his side of things.

I was shown video footage of you telling somebody to kill themselves after they raided you. This type of toxicity is not to be tolerated on the server and can lead to a ban of a week or more. Apologies that you weren't on at the time of the ban, so I couldn't explain this to you. Now you know. Be kind to others on the server and have a better attitude in general. Thanks.

Thanks for the footage Bo Jack, but I don't see why telling someone to kill themselves clearly as a joke would end up in me getting a four day ban. I've had much worse said to me and I couldn't care less. Could someone else provide some feedback? Bo Jack I feel like you didn't care that this was said but it was the guy who called the sit on me before that wanted you to post this ( just my guess ).

Personal attacks like telling people to kill themselves falls under toxicity and can be punished for up to a 2 week ban or more, it's explicitly against server rules, regardless of whether you think it's petty or people have said worse.

How exactly is he supposed to know it was a joke? The fact that you even thought you should say that to someone is wrong in so many ways. -1 for unban/shorten ban

The way I say it so abruptly might give you some insight into how there was no actual intent for him to harm himself, you can't tell me that I sound serious about him killing himself but sure its not allowed. if I meant what I said it would be quite obvious. And the guy said he killed me because he didn't like the word retard, i notice that they aren't in a party together so doesn't that mean he rdmed me I initially thought they were in a party because he said he was raid assisting.

Instead of reaching out to Bo Jack and/or Pookie to apologize and make the situation right, you’re explaining instead why the ban is incorrect which it isn’t. It falls under the toxicity guidelines and the ban time is correct. If you owned up to your mistake maybe pookie would have agreed to reduce your already shortest tier punishment for toxicity which is 3 days.
