I was building and had a sign that said "building kos' and apparently thats not allowed, also I didnt know i cant have entities in my base when building, someone was in my base and kikking me so i kept going back and trying to kill them, Did not know that was against the rules. Why should you be unwarned/unbanned? Im pretty new to dark rp and did not read the whole modt, I wont make the same mistake again and I will make sure to read all the rules first. Apologies. {GN} Isaac Posted December 21, 2021 Share Posted December 21, 2021 Kos signs are not allowed.. But if someone is tresspasing into your base. Your allowed to kill them on sight.. Especially while your building. I don't see a issue with having building (kos if you come in). If you have ents in your base while having a building sign that's failrp and your allowed to be raided. It's clearly stated in motd that your not allowed to have ents while building. You have no prior history of mnlr or building with ents. If your attitude was okay and you weren't giving staff a hard time. I would have no issue reducing this or giving you a warn. But that's up the the staff member who issued this. I would take the time to go over motd and see what's allowed and not allowed. Here you say you basically merged them both together.. Quote also I didnt know i cant have entities in my base when building And I heard from the banning staff member that when he spoke to you, he told you to read the rules and you replied with something like "its not my job to read the rules" or something similar, which to me shows you don't care much about learning how to play our server. Overall, you have admitted to not reading any rules, therefore resulting in your ban due to your lack of knowledge about Basing Rules and NLR. I would recommend in your time off of the server, to read our rules which are found HERE I will be -1 on this ban appeal, as it has been passively self admitted that you haven't read any rules for our server. a loaf of paper Posted December 21, 2021 Share Posted December 21, 2021 (edited) Ok to start you had a fail base from the start with the sign on the outside with both "building kos" implying hostile intent allowing the base to be raided. while in the base you had no keypads for faiding door which isn't an issue since we have items in games to get around that but you were surprised when that was brought up making me think there was some intention to not put any keypads to begin with. Once I made it in and was in there was ents in more than one rooms. The mass nlr breaking was a plain as day shown in the logs below. I would take the time to go over motd and see what's allowed and not allowed. i do agree somewhat but I dont think said staff member thinks the same, Though I did comply with them and did not cause any trouble, they said the amount of things i did in such a short amount of time is pretty bad. I did read the rules, I just did not really understand them very well.
