I was warned, because I grabbed HellenKellerRat migo's C4 and ran into a crown of my friends, STOOD STILL for pretty much the entirety of the timer, and died along with them except for Marshal5. Marshal then when and intervewed them all because he was trying to find a reason to ban me because he walked into the explosive even though there is a loud sound and i was standing still. Everyone he interview all pretty much agreed to it as they kept saying "gather around". I was warned for an explosive that was not mine, and for a thing that was consentual. Why should you be unwarned/unbanned? It was someone elses explosive, and every other party participated, and had plenty of time to not stand next to it as its a loud 30 second beeping process Who warned/banned you? You didn't make any effort to remove it from the premises, you rather stood there while you held it with your grav gun. If HellenKellerRat was trying to raid a base, he was completely in the right. And you would be, too, if you killed the raider and attempted to get the C4 Explosive away from those people rather than flinging it around like a first-grader and 13 sharpie highlighters starched together. You RDMd me and 3 others with someone else's C4. a loaf of paper Posted December 8, 2021 Share Posted December 8, 2021 The way I see it was there was an attempt to remove the C4 from the original spot and it did happen or else this warn wouldn't have been brought up. The fact that the C4 was moved and then consensually stood around implies that no rdm was intended to begin with. It was consensual, especially if it was clearly heard and made known, and people said "gather around" and they did it? rdm isn't the case here. I was RDMd, and, even if you want to shift the blame onto the person planting the C4, the fact remains that I was killed for no reason. The punishment was fitting. Dyln you are putting yourself into the situation and being a bit biased you are supposed to look from a neutral perspective and you clearly are not take a minute step back and take another look excluding your death.
