All the kills were on one person and only 1 of them was an accident. The first time I killed the victim was a bounty, the second was while I was raiding his base with 3 people to kill another bounty, and the last was a crossfire with another player he was behind in crossfire. LeGerbs acknowledged that I was raiding his base and stated "you can not kill him unless he damaged you even when raiding his base" and also said that crossfire isn't a good excuse and didn't bother to check the death position of the player compared to my bounty or their times, since they died in less than a second apart.  Also, these kills took place over a 30-45 min window so It was clear I wasn't targeting the player. He was a gun dealer roaming with bloods. these bloods constantly had bounties from their deathmatch with the crips so he would be near them quite often.  and I believe at most I should have received a warn or two rather than a ban.

Firstly untrue I said you cannot kill anyone else inside of a base as a bounty hunter besides your target which he was not your target unless they try to kill you. Which he did not. Secondly crossfire is not a thing on our server and is still punishable the same way as RDM with discretion of the staff of course. Your overall I did nothing wrong attitude during the sit even when you yourself confirmed 2 RDMs on said player. You might ve missed when I said I won't count the raid kill or the crossfire kill so I didnt have to ban you for 7 days.

 

I let you off easy in my opinion.

 

However I will open the floor to opinions of my colleagues.

if this part is true i probably would have considered a warn rather than a ban.

i know that the crossfire wasnt counted in the ban but if this was brought up it should have been checked out with the Show nlr tool to verify it was accidental while killing his bounty. rather than saying crossfire isnt an excuse.

looking at the actually reason for the ban with these counts of rdm. i feel like a ban might have been a bit much with what happed and should have been explained to you about not killing people who are not your targets and ended in a warn.

Alrighty I finally got home to review the logs of this event. So,

 

* I concluded you'd killed the player a total of 3 times one of them being a bounty so scratch that to 2 RDM cases. Also one ARDM case.

 

* One of them can be considered crossfire as the times were less than 1 second apart. 

 

* We also discussed the raid kill which I've already told you about and you are now aware of the rules on that matter.

 

* Finally I saw you damage him 1 minute before the bounty kill 2 seconds apart from killing the blood member.

 

Just so we can be clear on all of the rules you broke so it doesn't happen again. Crossfire is not an excuse on this server unfortunately. You can still be held accountable for RDM even if it was crossfire. Secondly you may not kill other base members as a bounty hunter unless they attack you first. 

 

I don't like punishing players who don't know the rules but you gave me quite a bit of attitude during the sit which led to me banning you. I know you're not a new player and should know these rules but mistakes do happen.

 

I will unban you on the hopes that you learn from these mistakes.

 

Attitude goes a long way with me in sits if someone is understanding of the rules they broke I will almost never ban them even if it's MRDM cases.
