You don't seem apologetic or even admit to doing anything wrong. I understand you may have just been messing with some friends but if you got banned for a week over it someone involved most likely called a sit/ or complaint was given to staff. Instead of insulting staff members in a appeal you should give some actual information other than "nlr like 5 times idk" if you expect anyone to +1 this.
