IRDM/noncompliant-Has warn for the samething and ban Why should you be unwarned/unbanned? I don't think I should get an unban, but a reduction. I did everything except the noncompliant. I am not exactly sure what that means but I am guessing that it means I didn't cooperate in a sit. I killed the same dude and went to eat some food. I guess i was banned while I was eating because I was banned when I got back. Who warned/banned you? I'm guessing you didn't respond to the staff member in the sit, maybe because you were away or just didn't want to take part in it? Heosphoros will respond as soon as they are available to provide more details since you didn't really explain why everything happened. According to our Proper punishment times and reasons thread, this ban of 5 days is spot on for the reason given, assuming everything is valid. 1-3 days for intentional rdm 1-3 days for non compliance in a sit or running away / avoiding a sit (see "Failure To Comply") Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

toosii Posted August 15, 2021 Share Posted August 15, 2021 -1 While Heosphoros could have probably just jailed you if you were AFK until you came back, you commited IRDM so I feel the responsibility falls on you. I would probably +1 for a ban reduction but you were JUST banned 3 days prior to this one for committing IRDM x 2 and lying in a sit, and you were warned before that for the same reason. You admit to the IRDM but not the non-compliance, the sad part is that the mod who banned you is no longer staff, there is a note from one of our mods that you were not compliant during a different sit, without any evidence or the mod himself being able to defend themselves, I will be ACCEPTING this appeal and reducing your ban to 12 hours as you have already served most of your punishment, see you soon!
