I will be referring to "You" This is a player. I don't really know his steam name. I believe it to be raccoons.

 

Recently I was playing on TITSRP

I joined to look for the dragon egg, then I would have hopped off. Unfortunately this didn't happen.

 

I decided to raid a base inhabited by Zesty. Malicious, and someone else.

 

I failed the raid. I used 3 c4 on 1 set of props and they did not break. I asked in OOC why they did not break.

The only response i got was from 3 people

You, Malicious, and Zesty.

Now I already kinda dislike Zesty, so this was already a "oh no this dude..." type of moment.

 

The responses were pretty much this

 

"You fucking suck. You're ass, Mald, cope and seethe. ETC ETC."

 

I call a sit. And zesty picks up the request. He teleports me, says "You missed the prop" then teleports me back without any time for me to react. (SEE EVIDENCE 1A)

 

 

Already unprofessional behavior from staff, but hey, this shit happens all the time. Nothing wrong with shit-talking.

The issue comes from when Malicious asks me to put down a base. So I decided to. I went over to industrial and decided to put down a dupe. Thinking Malicious would raid it, one of use would take an L, And that all ends there. That didn't happen.

What happens is You comes to where i'm going to base. I Put down a building sign. Then I put down my dupe. My thoughts were (oh he's gonna shoot me as soon as i put the dupe down and call it a raid)

Instead i go inside to put a button down, and he buys every door at the entrance. Meaning he's just bought a base that i put my dupe in AFTER I bought it

In the video, its shown me jumping around. I call a staff sit, and You is acting sly-ish

You know with that "Get out of my base :(" type thing. It's fairly obvious.

 

So I call staff.

Apparently You did too. I didn't know this.

 

After staff gets here (I already forgot who came for me)

They pretty much tell me "He owns all the doors so he owns the base."

Thought buying doors after someone puts a base down with the intent to base there would be minging. Apparently not.

 

So Understandably piss. I get up and get something to drink And decide "Hey i'll just raid and take the one chemical barrel he has. You know just to say FUCK YOU.

It also shows bias' and the lack of (in my opinion) certain rules (Minging specifically)

 

 

 

Nope, I get back, and apparently his sit is still going on. I DID NOT KNOW THIS, BECAUSE MINE WAS OVER. HIS SIT WAS FOR THE SAME REASON MINE WAS. So I shoot them and take the chem barrel.

 

I'm teleported. Told it was MRDM in a sit and banned. I wouldn't have been able to defend myself either way because the person handling my ban, was Malicious. Someone i was arguing with earlier. Clear bias.

 

I want these two punished. Or demoted back to trial. Because this clearly shows how unprofessional and toxic they both are.

You also may be asking "You should have seen the other staff teleport to the player You.

Well since his name was You. I kinda assumed that they were teleporting to me.

Hi there was two sits in progress when you decided to raid. About the base issue, I just wanted to make a dupe there. Which I’m still actively working on. The staff that took the two sits about the base were Spartan (Crolaa’s Sit) and Professional Jay Walker (My Sit). I also don't believe that staff were being toxic towards you. You were complaining in OOC and accusing people of exploiting because your c4 glitched, so saying things like "Cope" and "Get Good" seems like the typical response that most players would give.

You called a sit as to why the prop didn't explode, I accepted the sit and told you why. What's the issue? Also malicious wasn't apart of the base, only me and @Bruhther.

Hi, thanks for responding. The staff member that took my sit had teleported away. Meaning my sit was gone and done. 

I admit that your sit was not over. I was confused by all the chaos, and didn't even notice that you had a sit going. And for that I apologize.

Regarding the toxicity. I only started accusing them of exploiting after repeated attempts of me asking them why the props didn't explode. I refuse to believe that 3 c4 glitched 3 separate times. As they were right in the thick of props.

You were also being a tad toxic. Just not to the extent of those 2

evidence (1a) on Zesty he just answered your question i don't understand why you're involving Zesty in here when he answered you question, the evidence of 2b is invalid because even though he bought the doors you placed the dupe that's your mistake and you should've sold the doors without a sit, and yes I called you bad because I looked in there base I'm not sure how u placed the c4 due to me not basing in that base you're also saying that it shows bias it's not being bias it's just knowing the rules "You" is still building his base in that location that he has doors at and also the sit was still running when you said in ooc that you was going to raid jaywalker didn't return himself also i also never said it was MRDM in a sit you RDM x2 in a sit which is what i banned you for, also i confirmed with different staff members during the time which is why i banned you, you were also telling me "ban me i don't have time for this I just want to log" when someone gets teleported and someone called You get teleported it is also a different colour.

Hey, thanks for responding. The issue is how quickly you ended the Sit. You clearly had no intentions of talking about it with me. You also had given me another false response prior to the sit response being "I shot it away"

The entire sit was a question, not a debate. If you intended it to be one you should word it in that fashion.

I don't know what you mean with " you should have sold the doors without a sit" as I was never even able to buy them.

I also never noticed the color. I don't know why you think I'm playing wheres Waldo and can differentiate under stressful situations, but I can't. So Im not blatantly lying.
