Bought VIP to play as juggernaut. Strict mayor joins up puts laws where AoS for jaywalking and having weapons. I've arrested/killed about 5 people every 10 minutes because of how easy it was to find people breaking those laws. Get a staff sit from Lewdtastic from one of my victims. He says I can't shoot people that run away and resist arrest. I say if they're resisting arrest of course I'm going to shoot at them. I tell him I'm done with the conversation and to punish me how he sees fit. He says a 7 day ban for my first rule infringement; in which I feel I broke no rules to date. Idk whole thing seems biased or some shit I just joined the community don't know much about the background or ties to players/admins. Feel like I just killed his friend and he whipped me. Punishment doesn't fit the crime nor does the mod fit the role. Any admins/superadmins overseeing this case please DM me for a few medal clips on the situation. Lewdtastic Posted June 12, 2021 Share Posted June 12, 2021 Hey there, I'm the Smod that gave you the ban, so in order for you to kill someone they need to shoot at you first, pulling out a weapon isn't enough to justify that, I understand that you might have thought that but you abide by the rule just like everyone else as stated by Saiah. As for exactly what went on, you went on pretty much what could be deemed as a massacre if I'm correct. Not once can I see you actually trying to use your stun gun and about two of these kills can be jusitifed because I can see they started the fight but all of the other kills were you gunning them down because they just pull out a gun, if you were running towards them with cuffs they would have to warn you with the E menu or using advert three times but you never mentioned that in the sit, you cant kill them just because they are running away, they need to pose a threat. There are some cases where you can kos players. Say you are chasing a player, you stun gun him, he pulls a gun out and starts shooting you. That right there your allowed to kos him. Other scenario if a player is running away from you, and kills someone in the process. You can kos him , they are a threat to the public. You need to post whatever evidence you have here, because this is a REPORT. Im not gonna dm you for the "video proof" you can post them here soo all staff can see. Lewd will not lie, because that wont get him anymore but in trouble. Doubt he is gonna waste his time to lie for such a little incident. Resisting arrest = death if you can't read that rule from MoTD. It wasn't massRDM, I have a clip of him saying I wasn't randomly shooting people. I was trying to arrest people and when they ran away faster than I could keep up I shot them. Even with the rules supporting my case the bias is mad unsettling. BUT THAT player NEEDS TO BE A THREAT TO YOU OR THE PUBLIC FOR YOU TO to be able to kos them. Why in the hell would we allow players to kos people just for resisting? You keep saying you have clips but have not provided anything. Post any proof that can help your case. "or even death if you are threatening somebody's life/resisting arrest" slashes are a substitute for "or" so it doesnt mean if you threaten someones life AND resist, its threatens someones life OR resist. Also, if someone has a spiderman gun for example, therefore is impossible to arrest, should CPs just let them get away, or just constantly stun gun them and chase them until they HOPEFULLY stop using their spiderman gun? I think this report is going nowhere and it feels like you just have a bone to pick with him since he banned you, I will be DENYING this report. cobaselic gave some fact into this so I'm going to repost it.
