Why were you banned or warned?

I was warned for Abusive Behavior and causing drama. I don't believe my response is causing any more drama than with somebody else. If we are allowed to entitle people to their own opinion, I don't see why I am an exception. Kilobyte insulting me in game has affected me and I have spoken with him in the past. Clearly if other staff are seeing a change I should be able to as well. And it's not as if I am meming, it's my genuine belief that on that appeal I am for them returning. I understand it seems as if it's drama but look at it this way. If you think someone 혩 someones appeal is considered drama because you think there's no basis and it's a joke for comedic purposes, then that's just opinion policing. If kilo can genuinely be a dude that doesn't do this shit again, I don't know what else to say. I think we both agree me calling him a trollface was a bad way of expression but I feel it's equal given the amount of times he's called me bald, retarded, and ruined my experience by belittling me for calling sits when he was admin.

I was involved in the situation, and I believe I am entitled to comment in accordance with the forums rules:

I was directly involved when kilobyte had targetted me in game and called me racial slurs along with the amount of alts I had brought to attention of the admin team.

Yes, the warning was for causing drama. If I need to speak to kilobyte and apologize for calling him a trollface, I will do so under the condition he returns the human decency of doing the same thing.

This appeal will obviously get a lot of flak, but I just don't know anymore. If the warning has to stay, so be it. But I would appreciate the right to appeal.

This is your opinion. I'll be 100% honest when I say this, I don't consider it a joke if I am frustrated and think we might as well give him a shot. Despite the thoughts we're all entitled to our own opinions. We're not interconnected in all our decisions and we aren't wired and fed through the same feeding tube.

You are not involved in the ban of kilobyte nor his appeal, you had 0 reason to comment regardless. The comment you made came off very sarcastic and if your intentions were otherwise then you need to work on how you present what you say.

This is simply incorrect, as I have already stated before I was involved when I reported Kilobytes alts, and he targetted insults against me. My comment being interpreted by you as sarcastic is imho not a reason for you to say that my appeal has no basis. Like I already said, I should have not called him a trollface but I was a little heated over past tensions betwinst us. After the talk, I believe in my opinion he can come back. I know that you may say that I shouldn't have commented but I felt I had good input to add. Regardless, the warn was for abusive behavior/inciting drama. If you feel my comment should be removed, sure but if I apologized to the person affected for acting up and calling him a trollface what are the further issues? What more drama is me not doing it again causing. I'll try to work on not being crude, to avoid this happening once again. If you wanna talk to me shoot me a dm on discord and we can settle this in further detail. It is your discretion to do with this as you please, I would appreciate this appeal be granted amnesty as having a forums warn under my belt doesnt bode well if I want to be a responsible user of TitsRP, but I won't cry or beg to have this removed. I understand if you believe I had the intentions to cause issues but I truly believe I could have handled myself better.
