As for the freezing and physguning you out of his base, you would need to provide video evidence for anyone to do anything about that. You gotta understand that. Blue's comment also addresses your "example" of a completely different situation. So unless you have any evidence saying he agreed never to raid you or something suggesting he killed u on the way back to base or destroyed entities before they got back to your base then I do not see any abuse or scamming.
