Idk why you built right next to their base. All it does it causes problems and look you ended up getting banned. This appeal is not going anywhere. If you have valid proof to show this ban being false please provide that. If not I will deny this appeal. You are on their property... I went to the base and took some screen shots. You can clearly see where there property ends and where the side walk is. It's not your base,it's there property. Not yours. They have a loitering sign you kept getting killed and returning back over and over. You are right there is no specific time you have to wait once being killed if not by a raid. But this is different you are building a base on someone else property. Do you except them to not mess with you? You kept going back on their property when they have a loitering sign and building on a spot where it is RIGHT IN FRONT of their base + putting giant useless cubes blocking their entrance. You were kidnapped outside of your base so they did not really have to "raid a building sign" to kidnap you. As it stands, the ban is valid and this appeal is Declined.
