That does seem to be a bug and I can fix that. 

 

Edit: I got 4xp for harvesting a chemical barrel w/ QF talisman even though I was outside of the inventory zone. Not sure what the issue is here but it seems to be working as intended.

its possible you maxed out your chemical xp category if you were hardcore farming chemicals.

I have tested this and no I'm pretty sure it's a bug that I get with the tailsmen 

I have tested it 3 times in the past few days or weeks have not recently and I will do with some video proof
