so in this clip as you can see I apprehend merhaculas at my police checkpoint and i told him i need to weapon check him and he told me he has illegal weapons so i told him ill let him go if he pays the 1000 dollar fine or gets a license from the mayor instead he proceeded to kill himself im not 100% sure if this is failrp but i figured it probably was so now im here https://vimeo.com/527168796

Killing yourself to avoid rp is definitely failrp. Looking at the evidence you guys are just standing there. From the video I don't hear you asking him to pay the fine or get a license. I don't see you engaging with him.  Was there laws saying your able to weapon check? It does look like merhaculas was trying to kill himself. I'm sure he knew what those food would do. Just a little meh about this being failrp , since no actions were being done.

3rd of all: I'll take the warn for this if you would like me to warn myself. he did indeed tell me I had 2 options of paying him 1000 or getting a license.
