•         Dilfs' Situation

 I was raiding with a party of 3 (Prove, Chris, and I), against TahxaGen and his pals1. He started to approach the base and once he was in eyeshot and reasonably close to the base5 I took shots at him. After taking damage from the people defending the base, I went to go heal in the stairway6 when he pushed me with a SBC Cannon. Noticing he was still defending the base I sent him back to spawn, I was then immediately jailed and stripped of the SBC Cannon he just dropped. During the sit, after discussing another case, TahxaGen claimed I RDMed him while outside the "raid zone" and following a heated one-sided discussion he warned me for RDM. After being released from the sit, because I was stripped, I was not able to resume my raid7 and lost all items I was using to raid the base. Normally a player is stripped during a MRDM to prevent more griefing, but in this case it was used to specifically stop this raid and rid me of the items I was using to raid. He was specifically abusing his place as mod to prevent losing items during a raid which was obtained from a raid on us.

 

•         Prove's Situation        

During the same raid mentioned above, Prove was sitting in the stairwell6 when RumblyKibles74 started approaching with a weapon equipped. Noticing he was near the base and within eyeshot5,, assuming he was going to defend the ongoing raid, Prove fired at RumblyKibles74 until he backed away. RumblyKibles74 ran around his base and killed Chirs before being killed by Dilfs. Claiming ARDM he called for a sit with Prove, which coincidently was taken by TahxaGen after the raid. Taking a sit for a friend violates the TitsRP Sit Guidelines8, he should of called another staff member to assist or take over8 because of his bias in this situation. During the sit TahxaGen claimed RumblyKibles74 was at aprox. these coordinates9, when he was really at these coordinates10. These coordinates were fabricated to ensure he could warn me for ARDM and to intimidate my party from raiding them again. 

 

•         TahxaGen's New Mod Status

Within an hour of him being promoted from a Trial Moderator, he has used his privileges to benefit only himself and his pals. This can be seen in the overreaction in the Dilfs' situation when he stripped the items from me, during a raid, after he got smoked like a brisket in this stairwell6. His abuse of power can also be seen with the concocted coordinates9 in Prove's situation which can lead to more serious situations of fraudulent evidence. He used his power to intimidate and bully players on the server to fall in line with his own personal interests.

If Tahxa was actually falsifying evidence that would be very serious but it seems that none of your correspondence with him is included in this report. There is extensive evidence here of all of the locations that you were in and what Tahxa was up to, but there isn't any evidence of the "one sided conversation" or anything showing where he supposedly falsified the evidence he used against you.

Do you want the entire 20 minutes of the sit or a snippet from Prove? I don't have any recorded evidence from my POV itself.

i ended up giving you a warn for RDM because i watched you walk out a raid zone, like pretty far out and then start shooting at me. i was never even part of that base. wasn't on the doors or anything at the time. i didn't even get real close to the base until he started shooting my party member queso which i still didn't actually do anything when queso died cos i couldn't be bothered to kill this dilfs guy and i didn't actually enter the raiding zone so this man still didn't have ANY reason to kill me. that "This is where I originally shot TahxaGen" is just wrong i was standing a fair bit further out. And that photo of me on the door was after these guys raided. i only hopped on the door after they had raided because i wanted to actually be able to help if they raided again, at the time these guys raided I WAS MOST DEFINITELY NOT ON THE DOOR. so this is probably just him attempting to get me into trouble. the only thing i think i did wrong with dilfs was stripping him, this wasnt intentional i just missclicked my bind when i went to type as it was in a very inconvenient spot and i have already unbinded it because getting stripped sucks and im not sure why i binded it in the first place. 

As for the sit with Prove's i warned him for ARDM because after i had spectated the position where rumbly was first shot AND HE WAS NO WHERE NEAR THE BASE. Proves had almost no reason the attack rumbly. and in the sit proves had said  that he first shot rumbly when he walked up to him with a knife which isnt what i was seeing. i was seeing them two no were near each other. Also i gave other staff plenty of time to take the sit, i pinned it and waited but no one took it so i thought i way as well take it. If im still not meant to take the sit after i no one else is taking it then i guess i will stop.

Also, the part when you said “He shot me for no reason” in the video was after I was hit by prove across sewers. I walked up to the raid and party binded as I was not on the doors during that time.

also you said in your report that i "Faked coordinates" but im not sure how i would have done that as i used the "spectate at position" option in logs so im not entirely sure how i actually "Faked coordinates" unless logs are wrong or something :L

Lots of effort put into this report. My question for Tahxgen is, was a sit ever called? My point is, staff should not be getting involved in RP unless a sit was called or report made.

The screenshot provided by OP proves otherwise. Please provide your own evidence supporting your claim that you not involved. 
 

That’s all I have for now. I appreciate putting so much time into this report. It makes our jobs a whole lot easier. 
If the staff finds that Tahxgen used his staff privileges to prevent a raid on his base without a sit, it will most likely result in a demotion.

Rumbly called a sit on prove and I took the other dude to a sit because he killed me seemingly without reason. And the photo that was provided of me been on the door was after the raid. But I don’t have any evidence of that as I didn’t think to take a photo.

Yeah I mean if there was a sit that’s another story, but hypothetically speaking, if he was on the base at the time (which we can also verify) and had someone call a sit for him that would be an issue as well. Not saying this is what happened but it’s something that would be considered based on the evidence.
