I was given this ban because I warned a player 3x and killed him. But I was also banned for continuous player harassment because the admin seemed I targeted this player though that was not the case. I was AFK for a minute then I came back and then I heard him trash talking me then he stood there in front of me so I warned him 3x then I killed him. I had a sit with the player earlier for breaking NLR against me but he got a verbal warning for just being new. It was after that the player started trash talking me and near my body. It was at that moment I gave him three warnings then killed him for not following them. I apologize for making this seem like it was targeted due to the previous situation. Tonight was the first night of being on TitsRP after not being on it in a while. To be fair my entire night was fair RP. I had no issues with anyone, I was just chill until the end of it. I'm sorry for all this. Who warned/banned you? I wanted to be afk in the area I was in and when I came back just for a second he was trash talking me and was getting near me. Mind you this was the exit of the spawn area. I wanted to be left alone without him. If it is possible for a moderator to fetch it or unban me to grab the evidence then that will be fine. Also the moderator noted that I warned the player but the mod regarded it assumingly RDM and "continued player harassment." Phoenix Posted February 14, 2021 Share Posted February 14, 2021 So let me give context, Angel (Hoe Biden in-game) continuously was making sit requests on omarnavarro110 who broke NLR, omar is new to DarkRP and didn't know what NLR was. omarnavarro110 was let off with a verbal warning and Angel was unhappy with the outcome. I eventually got a report from omarnavarro110 stating that he was being harassed by Angel and that he was tired of it. I eventually pulled them into a sit and got permission from Walter to give Angel a ban for harassing omarnavarro110. As for Angel warning omarnavarro110, from everything I can gather, Angel walked up to omar and adverted three warnings while omar was on the job menu, and killed him. I'm not in favor of this appeal. Warnings are just warnings and he didn't follow them explicitly. I didn't know he was on the job menu. I didn't know being on the job menu allows you to avoid warnings? Even though no one can see if you are using the job menu while being warned. He was harassing me in the spawn exit. I had no intentions to rp with him again until he came up to me and trash talked me. I simply warned him 3X and killed him. I think that is fair RP is it not?
