Why are you reporting this player?:

I was sitting in a corner out of pd after getting out from a sit involving SleepyLatte and I (which yike monitored) over me killing him after cuffing me and demoting him for NLR and Random Cuffing (which yike determined that the NLR part of the demote was invalid so I got a verbal warning.) I was talking with a friend of mine over discord and was gonna type something in OOC chat till SleepyLatte comes up to me and cuffs me. He doesn't follow up with an arrest or a want and I'm able to break out from the cuffs. My friend asks if there was any reason that I was cuffed and the only thing I could assume is that I had a bounty. I tried calling a sit (and Cuntbucket picked it up) but Sleepy disconnected from the server so we couldn't do anything.

I can confirm this. when I was on, I was takin a lot of sits, mostly because I had been the only one on at the time. Mizzuu made a sit, so I ended up taking it, though it took slightly longer than usual because I was already in a sit. after bringing him, I asked about what was going on, and he outlined the same incident. After looking at logs, from my perspective, it looked like Sleepy had cuffed him and just walked away. I recommended that miizuu make a report on it, since I felt it would have been unfair that sleepylatte couldnt defend himself.
