Lean
Your In-Game Name: Lean Your Steam ID: STEAM_0:1:213886438 Who are you reporting?: Rumblykibbles Why are you reporting this player?: I was jump swepping around and I see a base and I raid it and destroy stuff. I then leave the base and walk away and i start getting gunned down by rumbly he follows me up the stairs still shooting me I kill him and his friend tries to kill me and i kill him too rumbly then runs right back to me and tells me i cant take his stuff cos he was moving it. This is easily nlr in its finest. he could've asked in ooc what I was doing but he rushed right back. I then finsih destroying the bitminers and walk away and he picks me up with his phys gun and then cages me. This 100% did not need to result in me being abused by powers. He could've even brought me to a sit but I dont think theres a rule of not being able to raid when someones moving stuff. after im jailed and I tell him I raided him he says oh yeah your right. I think overall as a staff member you should not be breaking blatant rules and jailing someone who did nothing wrong. i think he deserves a talking to and a warn for the nlr. Do you have evidence related to this incident?: Yes Relevant Info: https://medal.tv/clips/38154227/d1337E5ohfUd ( me raiding and leaving nlr included) https://streamable.com/pscjea (me in the cage.) Blue.
From this video, it does look like rumbly broke NLR to tell you this vs DMing you as he should have, however due to not showing the full situation of him jailing you, there is no sufficient evidence to determine actual genuine abuse, will wait for rumbly to respond tho. Blue.
Also "moving" has not been a reason to not take someone loot, especially when said person attacked the user making the report first.
Danutercisd
Yeah, I can see that the suspect clearly broke NLR in this situation. They should of waited out the raid timer before talking to them about it, and definitely shouldn't of jailed them over it, but I will see what Rumbly has to say. So far, I am +1 for punishment
Rumblykibles74
Oh yeah I broke nlr I'm sorry. I was just really focused on moving but since my friend died as well from you I thought you killed since he had stuff so I'm sorry.
Blue.
This report has been ACCEPTED rumbly will warn himself for NLR, and has hopefully learned how to handle these kinds of situations in the future.
