While in my OWN base, I was using the timebomb for fun with a friend when a civilian ran into my unlocked door and took the c4, proceeding to grav gun it and bring it in front of the PD. Why should you be unwarned/unbanned? While the ban is valid as I understand it is my fault that I wasn't looking after the C4 properly, I feel as though a 7 day ban for it was extreme. After I saw the deaths occur, I promptly contacted the players that died and apologized and offered to cover any items they lost. Most of them replied forgiving me saying it was no big issue. We moved on, and none of those affected reported me. I was reported by a bystander, which is another reason I am asking to be unbanned. I feel as though if the affected plays reported me it would be much more of an issue. Who warned/banned you? NuBpC Posted November 21, 2020 Author Share Posted November 21, 2020 (edited) My friend was Mr Sniffers so was stuck in the same boat as me and yes, I attempted to take out my leg AWP but by the time it got taken out and the deploy animation went thru he had been out already. I personally havent had any issues with you ingame and i know how common it is for randoms to steal your c4/timebomb. But that is your fault for not taking precautions when planting a c4/timebomb. He had placed mines, slams and a timebomb inside pd (on pd doors) This lead to players being killed. I was spectating him when this had happened. And as I saw it, it was not a accident at all. He had also grav gunned his timebomb towards other players from inside pd. -1 I do have to go do something important so I more then likely wont respond until the morning, sorry. When I had the c4 in my grav it was after I grabbed it in the PD in an attempt to remove it from killing everyone, I had no where to put it and the timer was at ~5 seconds, and so as I was coming out of the PD it detonated. Yes, I had slams around PD. None of which went off. I was anticipating a revolt soon so I was waiting for cops to flood around PD in hopes of getting a few easy picks. The truth is I have been apart of this community for many years and I am not here to be a snobby minge. I am a player. This happened on accident. When I was staff and spectating I was always recording, in fact it was highly recommended in cases like this. A reduction is all I ask for. Also I don't have any screenshots or anything because I thought this was very clean cut of a case. You wouldn't also have any proof, would you? Yes, he had slams around PD, and If those actually went off, I would probably have a different verdict, but this really reminds me of the ajax situation to am extent, and I don't think it is the exact same, I think there are some factors to be considered for it. You should be more careful with your time bombs and c4, so that something doesn't happen like this again, and the slams are just begging for trouble. +1 for a 2-3 day ban reduction.
