"FailRP | Demoting all their CP for no RP reason. (Didn't want em". Why should you be unwarned/unbanned? Because i had a valid RP reason, and it wasn't that "I didn't want em" as johney stated. Said exactly that its not that i didn't want em, was never asked why i fired them other than "You can't fire cops without an RP reason" despite telling him that i did. Told me to argue on the titsrp forums and then promptly banned me. My RP reason was that they were all unworthy of their position during the terrorist attack and I was looking forward for other more fit people to go cop to combat them. What almost all of them were doing was sitting in PD building a defense line when the terrorists were all running about. Fired them all, waited for people to go CP but got brought by Johnsey for failrp. Also, there was a report on Ajax for the exact same thing, with different RP reasons. Got declined, so if that isn't a precedent to back my appeal up, I was still RP'ing. Also, what my firing said was "Unworthy of position. Someone better will take your place" Never said "i dont like you" or "I don't want you". Who warned/banned you? Johnseyraps. How long were you warned or banned for? 2 Days. Also it's basically the same thing to just say Unworthy of their position, plus it sounds more professional. I would say this situation isn't looking very well in your favor since you were firing CP that weren't in the PD or didn't have a chance to go after them. At any point did you tell them to leave or threaten to fire anyone? How many CP were inside the PD versus the number that you fired? If they didn't have chance to go after them there's no way that i could see that. No I didn't threaten anyone because that's too much work, and they don't need to be told by the mayor himself to leave the station when there's already a big announcement and voice lines saying that there is one. Same as how when there's a PD raider raiding you don't wait and watch them you actually go out and do something about it. People who didn't have a chance that were in the PD were probably inside some guys dupe and it is on that guy to delete whatever base they had or walking around but they didn't communicate to me that they did (As a police officer should since i'm the mayor). I fired all of the cops, and looking at the killfeed before i got banned it would seem that it was civilians killing terrorists and not cops although i may be wrong if there was 1 stray cop who managed to kill a terrorist but i was brought to a sit not long after firing them. Also just letting you know that I don't need to specifically threaten anyone with firing and if I believe it is rightful to (with my valid RP reason), then firing them is just firing them not listing them all the reasons why. Walter the Assaulter Posted October 10, 2020 Share Posted October 10, 2020 You can't fire cops for barricading the PD against the terrorists when they had absolutely no reason to believe that you didn't want them to protect the PD and mayor. Yes, in that case you would absolutely have to give them an order before I would consider it a valid RP reason to fire them. It may not always be the case, but it doesn't make any sense otherwise in this specific situation. It is also your responsibility to ensure that you are firing the correct people. Please be more careful next time when determining whether or not you should fire literally every CP on the server. The fact you can't even tell me how many CP were in the PD shows me you didn't take even the smallest bit of care to ensure it complied to any form of RP.
