The player was observed Mass RDMING by running into the PD and throwing C4's into the lobby without any valid RP reason. He is also observed being killed, then immediately returning to repeat the previous action. This all occurred at the time when no online, responsive staff were available. In an attempt to stop the constant RDM and disturbance, I created a vote ban which was quickly shot down. I assume his friends, or acquaintances helped prevent him from being banned, claiming it was false. In the video you will clearly see that he did in fact Mass RDM and in turn did a counter vote ban, I also presume his friends were in on it. Players claimed that he did adverts for a raid, but you can also see after I quickly scrolled through chat, that he did not advert anything, nor yell a warning. In total, K I N G killed a total of 4 players by throwing C4's into the PD lobby and damaged a countless amount of players. In short his charges include 4 counts of RDM, constituting Mass RDM and a false vote-ban.

I watched the evidence, and this was blatant MRDM. He didn't advert pd raid, nor was there a revolt going on. He needs to read motd, because it looks like he doesn't quite understand the rules of this server. That false vote ban was also bad on his end, because you were in the right. This is definitely an open and closed case. I will +1this report, in support of a ban, preferably a week FOR MRDM, NITRP, and calling a false voteban on you for doing the right thing. I also support having VIP removed from king as well for abusing voteban privileges.

After watching the evidence I +1 for the removal of VIP from King for the voteban he did on you. I am also +1 for a 7D Ban for Mass Rdm.

That is not true I ran to the pd after dieing and stood outside the pd. when i was out the pd a cultist ran up and smack him with his bludgent and when he was killing the cult member while standing right behind him he did damage to me and the cultist also so i threw c4 after taking damage from him and killed him but crossed fire three other people by accident and he tried to  kick/ban vote me and that was a false vote. Because of a false vote he made of mass Rdm that is not true I voted him off because of the false vote of mass rdm that wasn't true to advoid a ban that was not deserved in my situation.

So you false vote-banned someone because they tried to vote-ban you? That's not how this works. Also, c4 is not a weapon you use to kill a single person last I checked.
