Why were you banned or warned?

For killing a minge over and over for being racist in voice chat even after being gigamuted by Isaac, he left and joined back. Called a sit on me and Fuel gagged me for telling him what he said, which is total shite. He was with the same group of minges that Isaac had to ban guess he just slipped through the cracks. Also said I had no intent to roleplay when I've got a shit ton of hours on this server.

Why should you be unwarned/unbanned?

Because I was killing a repeat minge who was being racist even after being gigamuted and warned. Fuel didn't even bother listening to my side of the store he just saw I killed the kid three times and gave me a week ban. I can understand one day at the most but a week for killing a racist minge? come on dude. Incorrect ban time.

So because there is a minge being racist, you decide  to take it into your own hands and rdm him ?? Instead of doing the right thing and calling a staff member.  I was there and yes everything was getting crazy but it doesn't give you any right to rdm him , thats considered mass rdm .  You had no busses doing what you did .

I never said it gave me the right, but I think a week is still pretty over-the-top for killing a violently racist minge.

Uh so basically you repeated him saying the racial slur in the sit which I had proof of. I checked chat logs didn't see him say racial slurs. You said he said it in voice which you had no proof of him saying, I only gagged you because you can talk in chat but even repeating someone saying the Hard R in it self is just as bad and can still be muted for. You kept killing him RIGHT out of spawn claiming he 'broke' NLR, that's why I made the decision I did. You then proceeded to spam "Just ban me" and I ignored it giving you a chance to explain yourself. Don't pull the card I didn't give you the chance to defend yourself first thing I did when pulling you to a sit is say "Why did you kill this dude" and considering you said he was racist I said "I don't see it in chat logs"  you then quoted exactly what he said and I had to mute you because you know better, if you know it's truly against the rules you should not even be quoting in game. I didn't even gigamute you I just gagged you so you would have a chance to defend yourself in the sit and instead of realising "Hey, maybe I shouldn't say that word" you just kept spamming me to ban you while I was trying to check the logs and telling you why you did wrong. Mass RDM is a standard of 7 days you killed him 4 times back to back and I understand your frustration but /One. You cannot KOS even if he was racist saying racial slurs, you call a sit as that is not an RP reason its a server rule break / Two. You spam killed him out of spawn claimed he broke NLR when he was just leaving spawn? I think you need this break homie, use this time wisely to think about WHY it's not acceptable to spam RDM people outside of spawn. If you had proof he said hard r in VC or in text chat (nothing in chat logs for me) I will deal with him accordingly, as of now I believe no mal intentions were meant by this ban the NITRP reflected the fact you just killed him over and over (RDMing someone over and over as soon as they leave spawn would show you have no intention to actually RP correctly)
