November 1st Changelog

 

  • Add XP for parcels
  • The map has been updated to include more frames and a ton of bug fixes!
  • Remove gaining xp for the sewer lord unless he uses his weapon
  • Fixed not being able to suicide if you were sacrificed
  • Fixed being able to spam sell cars on the vehicle scrapper
  • Bank robbers get 100% of the money in the vault as compared to 10% for everyone else
  • Undercover cop is visible as undercover to all other PD
  • Fixed the poller not getting XP when getting votes
  • Fixed an issue with not being able to get a talent point if you made a gang from 1 - 10 without leaving the server
  • Fixed an issue where the Sewer Lord was able to kill himself for XP
  • Fixed an issue where the cook menu was not adjusted for all resolutions
  • Fixed an issue where a player could inventory the disguise swep and become invincible
  • Fixed an issue where the size command would work for any category of jobs
  • Fixed an issue where holstering items sometimes wouldn't stack and or break
  • Fixed an issue where specating a player would have really fast footsteps
  • Fixed an issue where CC shotguns did not function properly
  • Fixed an issue where Picolas Cage wasn't working propely
  • Fixed an issue where players on the destroyed sacrifice device may be stuck
  • Increased the amount cereal sells for + you get XP collecting cereal
  • Removed the houndeye effects due it possibly not being garbage collected
  • Spirit Caller pooled xp requirement has been increased from 200 to 600
  • Increased the respawn times of rocks and trees + added a cooldown to them
  • Increased performance when calculating animations
  • Adjusted the safe zone and the PD build zone
  • Gang Level restricted jobs are no longer restricted, will replace with 5 more perks tomorrow (thursday)

November 2nd Changelog

 

  • Fixed an issue with Trisha's launcher
  • Fixed an issue with the police k9 weapon pickup erroring out
  • Fixed an issue with the bank not being able to give ammo to PD
  • Fixed an issue with being able to fish and then grav gunning it and still getting fish
  • Fixed an issue where the sewer lord would spam net messages
  • Fixed an issue where gang player ranks would be reset, if this happened to you send me a message
  • Fixed an issue where selling items from your inventory may bug out
  • Fixed an issue that allowed staff to bypass vehicle restrictions
  • Fixed an issue with batman's fist animations not working
  • Possibly Fixed an issue where players in a gang with more than 1 person but only 1 person online wouldn't receive solo xp
  • Fixed an issue that made some food not work correctly
  • Fixed an issue where legacy job models would bug out sometimes
  • Fixed an issue where the rttv wouldn't work correctly
  • Fixed an issue with the admin stick going outside of the map
  • Fixed an issue when hovering over an upgraded weapon without a special ability in your inventory
  • Fixed an issue with trying to retrieve invalid stocks (actually just added an error message)
  • Fixed an issue where the RSB would bug out on an invalid item name
  • Fixed an issue where it would attempt to give XP to the poller if he left the job mid vote
  • Fixed a rare issue when tyring to hover over something when it's invalid in your inventroy
  • Fixed an issue with not getting the correct amount of xp with upgrading weapons
  • Fixed an issue with newly placed chemical nodes which may bug out
  • Fixed an issue where the peelp50 car checked for the same perk as the shirmp car
  • Fixed an issue where police wouldn't get XP if they fined a player
  • Added a cap to each XP way of 850 each. This means you cannot farm more than 850 XP per action, per day (ex: 850 for rocks, 850 for tree, 850 for chem, ect)
  • Added the zone to get unarrested after leaving PD
  • Added a few more ways to get XP as a cop
  • Made it so the Abomination cannot pick up any weapons
  • Money Pots are nocollided with players now
  • Made it so the mini potion only lasts 10 seconds down from 60 and the size is .6 instead of .4
  • Reduced solo xp to 3x
  • You will earn 1.5x amount of xp (or 3x) until there are more than 5 players online in your gang
  • Forgot to transfer the jobs file so you can play as the new jobs (PD Commander + Spirit Caller)
  • Again, the Gang system is to offer something different but it isn't supposed to be a competition. Its supposed to encourage different play styles and to discourage farming in your base. RP = XP
  • Added / Replaced 7 Perks

November 3rd Changelog

 

  • Fixed an issue with looking at some CC's
  • Fixed an issue with not being able to wake up people on the satan cross
  • Fixed an isuee when dying while reloading a shotgun
  • Fixed an issue when trying to sell weird food
  • Fixed the experimental RT scopes on lower resolutions
  • Fixed an issue with the PD commanders SWEP on lower resolutions
  • Fixed another rttv issue
  • Fixed a possible issue with a race issue when trying to open the gang menu
  • Fixed a rare issue with polling
  • Fixed an issue when trying to set your model as a CC
  • Fixed an issue when looking at a CC made from ingame
  • Fixed an issue where players would possibly become invisible after opening the inventory
  • Fixed an issue where gang vehicles were not purchaseable
  • Fixed a bug where ghosts of a tool would remain
  • Fixed an issue where Picolas Cage could get picked himself for cereal
  • Picolas Cage now scales off the amount of players (# of players / 25) * 4
  • Slightly optimized the toolgun
  • Increased the stack amount of inventory items to 10000 up from 2500
  • Whitelisted managing your inventory across the network so it doesn't heck itself up
  • Tried to revive the stock addon the best I could, moved APIs, granted the option to sell invalid stocks (if it doesn't work well then I will fully rewrite it)
  • Improved spectating performance on the server
  • SL8 is automatic
  • Added a new staff command !sit where it brings staff to the top of the map to not get in anyones way

November 4th Changelog

 

  • Fixed an issue with fishing poles bugging out when casted
  • Fixed an issue when picking up invalid food, corrupting your inventory
  • Fixed an issue where you were able to get unlimited grenades
  • Fixed an issue where universal ammo wouldn't give crossbow ammo
  • Fixed a stock issue when failing to retrieve a symbol
  • Fixed an alchemy issue when looking at an invalid entity
  • Fixed an issue with food that modified your model scale
  • Fixed a scope issues on the AUG
  • Fixed an issue where smoke wasn't considered a cop
  • Fixed an issue with explosions which left an entity hanging around in memory
  • Added some extra checks when shooting a gun which may prevent some crashing on the server
  • Added extra checks for shooting on the client which when invalid, would crash you
  • Added a command cl_gang_color which can change your gang chat color (ex: cl_gang_color 200 20 20 255) makes it red
  • Gang chat is now /gang messagehere instead of /g messagehere
  • Removed the newer stuff put into the multicore addon to see if that helps with client crashing
  • Removed some forced download stuff that we no longer use
  • Removed all custom models from the server for now, let me know if it helps with your crashing issue

November 4th Post Changelog

 

  • Fixed an issue where staff were able to force remove trains
  • Fixed another issue with stocks
  • Moved the map back to beta 3 to see if beta 4 was causing crashing issues
  • Fixed ash's launcher to not remove doors
  • Fixed weapons not have a correct source of direction

November 5 Changelog

 

  • Fixed an issue where a render target would be created every for all players when using the new scopes / PD commander screen
  • Disabled decals for now
  • Possibly fixed a few other issues with client side crashing (weapon attacking, ect)
  • Possibly fixed an issue with fishing (if its related) fishing ropes only go to the player now
  • Added a small delay when deleting a clientside model + made it more specific
  • Reverted to the old way of the pvs helper, not making people go invis when out of view + checking for a focused frame
  • Removed a lot dynamic things off the map as a test
  • Possibly fixed some issues with particles never being garbage collected

November 6th Changelog

 

  • Fixed a possible infinte loop in the hacker
  • Fixed an infinite loop on the cereal monster
  • Disabled vehicles for now because of weird hitboxes
  • Re-added models for everything
  • Changed the map back to v4
  • Added checks for all loops in the server
  • Fixed the battering ram shipment where it used an invalid model as it's own
  • Fixed a possible issue when trying to use the toolgun
  • Fixed a possible issue when trying to pick up a weapon which was invalid
  • Fixed an issue where a destroyed sacrifice totem would leave behind it's body
  • Sit command will now work

November 7th Changelog

 

  • Added XP way for gun dealers
  • Optimized Mr Sniffy and the Teddy
  • Picolas Cage gets a small amount of XP per wish, XP wish remains the same
  • Added visual indicators to how much XP you have left in a category
  • Spirit Caller pooled xp dropped from 600 to 400, perk brings it down to 300
  • Fixed a few more stock errors
  • Fixed an error with the RSB, when hacked
  • Kidnapped players cannot use the toolgun
  • CP don't have to be close to player they are fining now to get money
  • Fixed an issue where CP wouldn't get the correct amount of cash when fining a player (don't know if I transferred this in)
  • Fixed an issue where Smoke wasn't considered a CP

November 8th Changelog

 

  • Fixed a drug processor visual bug
  • Fixed an issue where the bounty hunter's bounty wouldn't be reset upon death
  • Fixed an issue where the bounty hunter may not have recieved cash / xp upon completing a boutny
  • Fixed an issue where the M9 Tranq wouldn't respond with the kidnap perk
  • Fixed an issue where the M9 Tranq was invisible / error
  • Fixed the SCB Cannon model, textures and sound
  • Fixed an issue where the gang inventory perks wouldn't correctly load
  • Fixed the sledgehammer spinning out of control and attacking you while moving
  • Fixed an issue where players were able to use weapons from their inventory if they already had it in their weapon bar
  • Fixed that god awful nasty skin texture on the m3 shotgun wtf is that
  • Fixed an issue where jailed players could switch jobs
  • Fixed sound reducers
  • Fixed an issue where the sewer lord would get locked in his slow state underground (pull out his weapon again)
  • The sewer lord can no longer use guns, his fists attack faster and harder
  • The cook food stat that manipulates bones is sent to people in pvs (can prevent crashing)
  • Did some more particle adjustments for safety, just incase that is an issue
