Why should you be unwarned/unbanned? : I literally didn't harass anyone. A guy named "Don Carolus" typed in chat "I'll send you to chimp zone" so I responded with "ok retard, I'll send you to heck furfag" and all the sudden I'm the bad guy. Then this guy named "Don Carolus" goes to "Kilobyte McStubbins" dm's on discord and tells him about the situation. Oh yeah btw I left the server for a bit and came back to just vibe and then I get banned with NO SIT or EXPLANATION. How the "bad blood" in Kilobytes eyes started is when we played minecraft on "Big Bookies" minecraft server and "Don Carolus" tells me to kill myself which isn't very nice. So now everytime I talk in vc or in general chat on the discord he attacks me and I respond back and then he cries to his boyfriend and he gets let off the hook and I'm in biggggg trouble. There are MANY times where I've been attacked first which I really don't keep track of because I really do not care that much to cry about it to an admin about but now that I'm banned for a day for harassment I'm here. I have some proof but not a lot as I put in the evidence tab. This should of all been avoided by him not even trying to talk to me but he chooses to talk to me and then cry about it to Kilobyte. Do I think he should just stop talking to me? 100%. Do I take some blame? Yes I do but not as much as Carolus and Kilobyte should. Does Kilobyte have proof of me attacking Carolus first? He doesn't because I literally never start attacking him for no reason. Also I take this ban as a complete joke because as a ex - staff member, I thought that harassment bans are supposed to be 2 week to 1 month bans? I told you in DMs that next time he said something he'd be muted (this was AFTER he said you're a nerd), and nothing was said. Nothing has been said for a long time, besides the time you went into graphic detail about how you wanted to beat the shit out of anyone who was a furry, and how you'd break every bone in their body, knowing damn well this user is part of some sort of fandom. "I'm sending you to the chimp zone." Do you really think a personal insult is the best response to a meme in OOC? When I deal with anything server related, any relationship i have with anyone is thrown out the window. I view and treat every player equally as if I just met them and had no idea who they were before. You're playing the victim card. You keep telling me he told you to kill yourself, but during our minecraft session I was in the voice chat the entire time and heard nothing along these lines, if I heard someone tell you to kill yourself they'd be muted instantly, no matter who they are. I literally never start attacking him for no reason. Please elaborate on when you went into detail about how you wanted to beat the shit out of any furry you saw knowing well he was in a voice chat with you? This could have been conducted in a MUCH more professional manner by asking each player to cool it with each other without having to direct to a ban. Harassment can be anywhere from a verbal warning to a permanent ban. If you're unhappy with your ban timer, I would be more than glad to extend it to the 2 weeks - 1 month that you believe it should be, just let me know. Your appeal is inflammatory and intentionally provocative. I'm very nearly tempted to remove it for flaming and let you try again later when you've cooled down, but we'll let this one stay up since saying things like "he cries to his boyfriend" and "I take this ban as a complete joke" set the precedent for how seriously you're taking this ban appeal "as a ex - staff member." This will be taken into account when making a final decision. Why are you failing to mention that you were warned several times to stop harassing this person? Why is it instead of saying "hey this guy is harassing me back after all that mess, warn him to stop too" (which would've gotten him in more hot water than you had gotten into) you decided to, and in your own words this is acceptable to say, act like a "retard furfag?" Or is that not okay to say? Especially after being told specifically to just leave him alone? The things he said are things that I can say as an admin.
